Just passed through Torrington on our way back from Mount Rushmore. Thought our group of 10 would stop in for some good Subway sandwiches. My wife ordered three sliders for the kids and asked the manager for bacon on one and was told she can’t put bacon on it. She then put three pieces of olives on it. My wife asked for more and the manager said they were only allow three pieces of olives for that sandwich. Mind blown! We moved on to our sandwiches and I asked for honey oat. Nope can’t have that since they didn’t have any. We then got yelled at to move behind a taped line that we didn’t even know was there thanks to the COVID bug. We then had to play the guessing game of what chips they had since they were on display in the back room. At this point I told my wife not to make it a meal because I’m not giving them anymore of my money and was considering going to Arby’s across the street. Long story short we will never stop by this location when we go to South Dakota. We’d rather pack a bag and make our own lunch. Should be noted Yelp Reviews seems to be More on PAR with what we...
Read moreLet me begin by saying that Subway is my favorite fast food restaurant. That said, I have visited the Subway in Torrington, WY dozens of times since moving to the town in early March of this year. The staff have been progressively more rude to me and aggressive with me with each visit that I make. I have the same order each time. I make it known that I am willing and able to pay for extra when I ask for extra toppings. I can tell they don’t want my business, even though I am always polite. I completely understand the frustrations that come with a food service job. I have held several food service jobs myself. What I don’t understand is their apparent need to take their frustrations out on a perfectly polite regular customer such as myself. I have given them zero pushback or complaints regarding their attitude. I have given them zero reasons to be aggressively rude towards me.
Would not recommend this location. Extremely discourteous and...

I looked at him and asked are you serious and he said yes I'm sorry! Now get this they don't close till 10:00 p.m. there was no one else in line behind me sure they were fixing sandwiches for an elderly couple ahead of me but I would have wait patiently had the gentleman went back to thaw more meatballs but he didn't even ask if I wanted to wait or had any other sandwiches that I might have wanted he just went over to the toaster oven and ignored me. Very...
