I was at this location on Main Street in Williamsville yesterday. I was a little surprised to see what I did. While I was ordering and at the front of the line, there was a guy on the other register trying to grab a cup for a customer and all of the cups ended up on the ground. One of the other workers started throwing them in the trash but I believe it was the manager (a tall older man in the back) who saw this Who grabbed a whole stack off the floor and put them on the table behind him. I could tell he was upset that the other worker threw the cups in the trash. I was watching this unbelievable incident and even when I was done ordering my food, I questioned the girl and said “you see that stack on the table there they need to go in the trash” and she she said oh yeah he’ll be throwing them out which did NOT happen. I saw the Manager guy turn around and hide them behind the counter to the left where its less visible to customers. I honestly could not believe it. The trashcan was directly behind the register which he could have thrown them there but no he actually intended to reuse them!!. He probably thought no one was watching but I was watching very thoroughly. If they are that cheap and have no concern for their customers health doing something like this in plain view, I can only imagine what’s happening with our food in production and preparation. Speaking of food I had a salad that was absolutely disgusting the lettuce was rotten. I took pictures which you can see. This will be the last time I eat at this...
Read moreVery very disappointed. I stopped by today to dine in and work for a few hours on my computer. When I walked in, I stood in line for 10 minutes while the two cashiers literally ignored me and continued filling orders. After the 10 minutes, I asked who looked to be the supervisor if there was a cashier available. In a very rude tone, he said “ma’am, we have two here who are busy, go to the kiosk”. The woman cashier walked by me two or three more times. Another five minutes goes by and she finally goes behind the register and gestures “come” with her finger. Without a “hello”, “how can I help you”, or anything of the sort. Very condescending and disrespectful. As an evident Muslim woman, I couldn’t help but feel discriminated against. I walked out without placing an order, sick to my stomach. I am a frequent at the NF Blvd Panera and came here expecting the same outstanding service. I would suggest retraining staff at this location to incorporate common decency and respect in their service. If we’ve learned anything from this current...
Read moreWe like Panera and since our hotel was near the area we decided to get our lunch packs for a group of students to avail of the value meals and free delivery since we have a coupon saying free delivery .However the cashier mislead us about the meals and we ended up waiting for the food and picked up .She said the free delivery was for online orders only and the catering meals was not available in their branch .It felt like we didn’t get the value for money and we felt treated poorly .Customer service was very poor at this branch .Although the food was good except for the Med Veggie Sandwich which were not actually would be part of our order. The cashier just decided to placed the order on her preference just to make the transaction quickly .The transaction was not also processed under our member number ,even asked the other associate to correct it but she just said go online and it will be corrected .Very...
