Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Amherst

I will never patronize this location again. Today I ordered 3 pizzas and they were all over cooked , and the taste was not good. I called and encountered the worst manager I have ever experienced in my life . After explaining the above to him he asks me what do I want him to do that they were busy and things happen . He said he could discount my next purchase by 20 or 30% or he could remake , I told him I live over 20 minutes away but the discount was not good enough so He could remake them. I advised that Some of the slices had been bitten but that I will put them back in the box he said my new order will be ready in 15 minutes. He calls me right back and says make sure you bring all the pizzas I said I am aware and I have placed the slices that were bitten in the box he tells me no I cannot take that what am I gonna show my manger , you have eaten the food . I said seriously I have kids and they bit a couple of slices and I have them , you gave me bad product he said I am not taking them back , I asked for corporate office and that I will file a complaint he yelled and said call and make a compliant and hung up on me. I called back and the same rep names Abmere who transferred me to this manager tells me he doesn’t know which manager I spoke to because there were so many , I asked for anyone of them and he places me on hold and comes back minutes later to tell me no manager is available and that there is no corporate number only the store number . I took the time to write all this out because this horrible service from this particular establishment should be known. I will be advising all my friend and family to avoid this location . On April 15, 2017 while visiting Buffalo from Toronto Canada, I entered the store (1715 Niagara Blvd) and saw an ad for carryout special of $7.99 for 1 large 2 topping pizza.

I asked the counter attendant for 2 of the carryout specials only to be told that it has to be ordered online. I asked if the store has Wi-Fi and was told no, but T-Mobile next door has free wifi. I proceeded to place the order online and had problems with poor wifi connection and navigating the site to place the order.

The customer service at this store was deplorable and I ended up paying $22.37 for 2 pizzas that should have cost $7.99 each. I asked the cashier why such a price difference, only to be told that I did not select the special. As I work in the I.T field and literate, I was quite sure I selected the special.

As I did not want to refuse the pizzas, I paid and left the store. The pizza was poorly made. The sauce was almost non existent. One pizza was a cheese pizza, which was basically cheese baked on top of flour. 2nd pizza was chicken and pineapple baked on top of flour.

I have never had such rude service and issues ordering pizzas online. Compared to Pizza Pizza in Toronto, the website is very confusing and poorly designed. No pizza restaurant in Canada requires you to order online for a walk in and carry...

Friend ordered for us off the app and asked for the pizza to be placed outside the door as she had a meeting to attend. The pizza was marked as delivered even though it never arrived. Called the store to ask and the person who picked up had a nasty attitude with her saying that they called her multiple times. She asked why they couldn’t have just dropped it off at the door and they replied they have to hand it off face to face. Then why is it even an option on the app? She had to call again and asked for the food to be redelivered. This time another person picked up and told her they could do that but she would have to pay with cash. Horrible service. Edit: We waited for the delivery for 30 minutes downstairs and they never showed up. We called again to ask and they claim they couldn’t get through to us when they called. We were downstairs the whole time and we did not see a car pulled up or any call. They refused to try to deliver again but they never even tried delivering it in the first place.
