Tiktok brought this Canadian over here! Let me start with this spot is a cute and simple space, no elaborate design/ decor. The cashier was really nice and patient as she offered her suggestions and guided us through our choices (no line up at the time).
Now on to the cookies. Aesthetically, I was extremely underwhelmed as I felt the cookies looked mediocre. To be fair though, I haven’t paid attention to the Tiktok videos on what they typically look like but to me it looked like no thought or love was put into it - emphasis on “to me.” For a Saturday, I was expecting something more intricate to look and choose from. Also, there were only six options to choose from.. I feel for a place that only sells cookies and bottled drinks, there should have been way more options as the base ingredients are typically the same for all cookies. I guess I’m comparing this to food restaurants that still manage to offer 20+ differing items on their menu. In my mind, how much harder it is to have more options for cookies if restaurants can do it.
Anyways, I don’t remember the formal name but I got the Chocolate Lava Fudge cookie which to me was mediocre in taste, the fudge wasn’t rich enough for me and though the cookie was heated it wasn’t as warm as I had anticipated. I give that cookie a 4/10 - I didn’t care for it so much I gave it to my niece when I got back home to Toronto. To be fair, I’m more of a vanilla girl so I could be biased but I only chose it off of the strength of it being the cashier’s favourite - big mistake lol. HOWEVER, my friend got the Vanilla Bean cookie (off white icing w/ white sprinkles), that john was BOMB! Tasted exactly like a vanilla cupcake that I almost forgot it was a cookie. I give that 8/10.
When we first arrived to the area around 2pm - the line appeared long so we went for lunch and to Target then came back. We almost didn’t bother going in cause the line appeared to still be long but turned out that most of the patrons came in groups and had already placed their order. My friend and I’s order didn’t take much time - I would say we were inside for a total of 8-10mins but I believe that’s due to us buying one cookie each compared to a box. So be aware, the more you buy the longer you wait.
I will definitely go back as I won’t let my one bad cookie define the brand. I wish they had something more interesting looking on the weekend though. The options when I went weren’t giving “yummy,” to be honest they were giving Kindergarten chef, as in, my niece can design a cookie like this. If you’re familiar with Craig’s cookies in Toronto, I think they taste and look better then Crumbl, plus they always have more than 10 options to choose from. To sum up, I think Crumbl is over hyped but my opinion can change when I go back.
Oh one last note! We were told that we couldn’t purchase the smaller sized cookies as the smaller cookies were only available for catering which was unfortunate cause I would have loved to try all 6 of the smaller ones to sample the options...
Read moreHorrendous service and terrible customer service skills… those folks need to be trained all over again especially Samo! I deliver orders via GrubHub, Uber Eats, etc and marked my arrival as I always do. Go inside and simply stand around as NOBODY greets people as they walk in and act worse than robots (which will sadly be the future of fast food). I then had to kindly forcefully ask a girl about my order who in turn blew me off and never checked the status. Then here is Samo bringing out order after order completely ignoring my presence standing in such a small waiting area to begin with. As I am patiently waiting I literally witness 9 GROUPS OF PEOPLE walk in, order at kiosk, and receive and walk out as I am still standing waiting. When I ask Samo again about my order he has the nerve to tell me that they are busy and will get to it which is when I had to point out to him how busy when he is literally serving people orders that clearly came in after me not placing an order in advance. LIKE HOW DO YOU PROCESS ANE SEPARATE WALK-IN ORDERS FROM ONLINE ONES?!? There needs to be improvements in system processing to ensure this doesn’t happen to someone else. Even after I received the order there was ZERO APOLOGY for the delay and ZERO CARE that I waited 30 MINUTES to receive 3 little cookies! COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE and I will be continuing this...

I recently visited Crumbl for the first time, and I was thoroughly impressed. The moment I walked in, the delightful aroma of freshly baked cookies filled the air, setting the stage for a sweet experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and eager to assist, making the visit even more enjoyable.
I opted for the 6-pack featuring their special flavors of the week, and each cookie was a treat. The flavors were rich and the textures were spot-on—soft, chewy, and indulgent. Among the selections, the waffle cookie stood out with its maple flavor and buttery frosting, reminiscent of a warm breakfast treat. The Oreo cookie offered a delightful creamy frosting, while the chocolate chip cookie provided a classic, comforting taste. The lemon cookie added a refreshing citrus zing, balancing the sweetness of the others.
Presentation-wise, Crumbl nails it. The pink box adds a fun and stylish touch, making it feel like a special occasion. It's clear that they put thought into both the flavor and the experience.
Overall, my first Crumbl experience was fantastic. The combination of delicious cookies, friendly service, and inviting atmosphere makes it a must-visit for anyone with a sweet tooth. I’m already looking forward to trying more of their rotating...
