I went in yesterday to find out what it was all about. Everything looked so good so i sat down to have a milkshake. They brought it to me and 2 thoughts came to mind. 1 ok were is the rest of it. Its a $7 shake and they give it to you in this very thing glass. 2 ok it may be small but if it taste as good as it looks this will be heaven. I took a taste and it was disgusting. It tasted like slightly chocolate flavored fome. It had these chunks in it that felt like it was gelled shaving cream with no flavor to it. The weird thing was in less then a second in your mouth the shake went from cool to warm with out losing the texture. It did not melt and did not stay cool "not cold" for long. I could only finish half. The girl asked me if i liked ot and i told her the truth. They did give me 10% off of the bill. I left and the after taste of that was so bad i stoped at the place next door just for a lollypop to get it out of my mouth. I want white rabit back. Would never ever go back.

Edit: i will admit the 5 seconds i got to see your staff was pleasant. If you look at my past reviews i love sweet shops and go to them often. Alltho i can not talk about the cakes and other thing you had all i can talk about it you shake. I do stand by that was the worce shake i had. You can stand by the fact the you use the best ingredients to make your ice cream but if the end product is tarable then you must rework it. Now this is only my opinion. I would never stop anyone from eating here but if they asked what i thought i would tell them i will never go back and go to other local...

This place could easily be 5 stars if service wasn't so bad. I'll give it a 3.5 because it didn't quite make the 4, but it wasn't so bad that it was a 3. We came here around 7 on a Sunday after hearing great things about it. When you walk in, it's pretty interesting inside. The decor is neat! We were seated and looked at the menu. Its expansive with lots of choices! Really there is something there for everyone. At first glance the prices might make you gasp but rest assured, the desserts are huge and can easily be split by two or more people! It took about 15 minutes for our waitress to show up to take our order. Normally, I wouldn't be irked about this except there were only 4 tables and 4 waitresses. One waitress was chatted with the table in the corner the whole time we were there while the others all chatted together in the front. Nobody was busy, everyone was just standing around talking the table diagonal from us was commenting on it as well. This happened throughout the night and made it difficult to not have to wait a long time for the check or if we needed refills on water. The desserts are delicious. I got the apple crepe with ice cream and I was in heaven. We might come back the next time we're in Buffalo because maybe it was just an off night for service and since the desserts...

This place is as delicious as it is gorgeous. They have a thoughtful modern and whimsical Alice In Wonderland decor, and everything has a professional touch to it. The seating is lush and gorgeous- you just want to stay and hang out there for hours. The best seats are the large, high backed love seats that face each other -perfect for a party of four. Their large prep area with glass display is a great way to see your treats being made. Everything is fresh and made to order, with the ice cream made in house, and almost daily. The biggest question is what to order since everything is delicious. The crepes are outstanding, and the waffles are to die for. They can even be ordered on Grubhub, so if you don’t want to make the drive- you can have these desserts brought to you! The place is right next to the highway, across from the Christmas Tree Shops plaza, so don’t miss it. The parking lot is small but there is additional parking in the back. I definitely recommend you came here for a date, a ladies night, or to take a group for after dinner desserts. And if someone in your party is not a sweet tooth, they have a full selection of coffees, too. My fave is the Bananatella Waffle- a Nutella and banana covered belgian waffle with Nutella ice...

Friendly server, calm vibe to the restaurant, and a good variety of items are on the menu. The dining room was clean. Items are a tad pricey considering there is no kids menu, no kids items- at all! We would like to frequent this establishment more, but not without kids dessert options. My fiance and I will try to return once in a while to try and include this in part of one of our date nights. Thank you! (Please consider adding on kids items in the near future!) Updating review for our most recent visit on 5/8/22: We were looking for a place to go today for Mother's day. This was THE PERFECT place! No wait, no crowd- at all, we were surprised! It seems like not too many people know about this little gem. The food is pretty darn good. Sometimes the prices make me cringe a bit, but in all honesty, I'd rather pay top dollar for something that I'm actually going to eat (versus pay a cheap price and not really like my food, which seems to be happening more and more). Try it out! Still no kids menu, but that is ok. Totally worth it!

Very impressive dessert restaurant! My husband and I were in the area staying at a hotel nearby because we had a flight the following morning and we found this place. Let me just say that the ONLY reason this place has less than 5 stars is because people complain about the price. Yes, it is more than you’d typically pay for a dessert, BUT these are specialty desserts. This is not the frozen or prepackaged junk you get at other restaurants. My husband ordered a milkshake and the “one tough cookie” ice cream sandwich. I ordered the “nothing else matters” sundae. All of it was delicious! The cookie sandwich was so big and had so much ice cream that it had to be eaten with a spoon. The sundae had tons of huge fudgey brownie chunks. Very large desserts, so if you’re not wanting to spend as much, these can definitely be shared between 2 people. I will say that service was a bit slow despite it not being very busy inside, but we weren’t in a hurry and the desserts were worth the wait.
