Sad to say that this Tim Hortons has gone so far downhill. The owner should completely scrap the staff and replace with new people. I am a pretty easy customer to please, however when I’ve tried to order the same thing 3 different times and it’s always wrong...some thing has gotta give. I feel bad because the lady who usually takes my order is older. Last time (the 4th time I attempted to make my order) i repeated it to her 3x in order to verify I’d get what I’m paying for and she assured me she had it typed in correctly on her screen. Perfect. I check my order and wrong again. Instead of making a scene, I took my order and left however I have 4-5 friends who visit this location and each time they have the same complaints. When a special happens they seem to think it's ok to make the computer upscale the price to the special. Check the price of a large latte with a flavor shot, but make the shot the seasonal flavor and they make you pay .40 more because that is the difference to what I ordered and the seasonal special that I did not order. Now it isn't about the minor cost, this is about principal. I have to pay for the extras I don't want. Whip cream and all that goes with the special. Read more**^Warning… Although the food and drinks were good at this location the service was not. I waiting at the counter for 5 minutes while multiple employees walked passed me and made eye contact. I said repeatedly and loudly excuse me and hello and no one acknowledged me. We made eye contact multiple times and not a single employee had the basic decency of saying “ just a moment or I’ll be right with you” Where are people getting trained these days?!?! I was a barista and it’s not rocket science to say to a customer I’ll be with you in one moment. My sister came in after me and had the same exact experience.
