Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Town of Tonawanda

Changed my rating from 5 stars to 2 stars. This used to be my favorite place to pick up wings and other food for my family on my way home from work. Over the last few visits for to-go orders they have continously gotten my order wrong.

The first time they gave my wings with no sauce on them and one tiny sauce container on the side for a large order of wings. The manager was able to fix the situation after I called and drove back.

The second time I order a few items for my family and when I got home, I found that my large order of wings only had half the order in the bag. Again, the same manager was able to fix the situation and gave me some coupons for some wings, which was appreciated.

Yesterday I went to order some wings using the free coupons and I was given trouble for trying to use them all at once by the supervisor, but after she talked to the manager I was allowed to use the coupons. This somewhat upset me because I wouldn't have had to use the coupons if my order was correct the first time.

When I received my order, I checked it out in my car and it was wrong again. One small traditional order wasn't labeled for the flavor, and the other small traditional was a mix of flats and wings, which I asked for all flats. I was then given the wrong order again after telling staff regarding the wrong item, which was drums instead of all flats again. What bothered me again was that the supervisor was told if the situation by the employee and she never addressed this issue with me regarding this.

When I got home, I checked both 2 orders of basket curds and one box was half the size of my other box.

All this stuff wouldn't bother me if I didn't live so far away and have to drive back to get my order fixed. I will say that the staff at the register and the manager that writes her name on the back of the free coupons is always friendly.

I recently had the displeasure of dining at this restaurant, and I have to say, it was a complete disaster. Where do I even begin?

Firstly, the food took an excruciatingly long hour to arrive. By the time it did, it was disappointingly cold. I could have sworn I ordered a warm meal, not an ice pack.

To top it off, the table I was seated at seemed like it was trying out for a dance competition – it was wobblier than a newborn deer on roller skates. Eating while trying to balance my plate was an adventure in itself.

Our waitress must have mistaken hospitality for hostility. Her attitude was beyond rude; it was downright disrespectful. I didn't realize ordering food came with a side of disdain. Adding insult to injury, when we tried to order more food—specifically, unlimited wings as advertised—the waitress informed us that the kitchen couldn't "handle" any more orders, abruptly cutting us off after just our second round. It was as if they were rationing wings in the midst of a global chicken shortage. The whole experience left a sour taste in my mouth, quite literally and figuratively.

And the ambiance? Well, let's just say I wasn't expecting a rave in a restaurant. The weird techno music blaring in the background made me wonder if I had stumbled into a nightclub by mistake.

Overall, this place is a prime example of how not to run a restaurant. From the tardy service to the cold food, the shaky tables, the kitchen on strike, the rude waitress, and the bizarre musical choices – it was an experience I won't be repeating anytime soon. Save yourself the trouble and...

We've ordered here multiple times and while I think the food is great, the issues we've had with slow service and items through delivery services being wrong all the time is enough for us to avoid going here again.

We've had occasions where we've waited over an hour for our food to get cooked when the restaurant is empty. We've had pieces of our order come out at different times, to the point where I ordered fries and wings, was given my fries early, others were given their entire entrees and I was given my wings after everyone was already done eating.

Multiple times we've had food ordered through the site or through a 3rd party such as grubhub or doordash. There was a time where the food said it would be delivered 2 hours from the time of order, just to have the food so cold and soggy, the boxes were literally falling apart. Today, we had half of our order delivered, and it was ordered through BWW's site. When I called the restaurant, the first employee told me they were waiting for me to come pick it up . It's a delivery order, the point is to have the food delivered, not for me to already pay a service fee, delivery fee, and a tip, then have me come pick up the food anyways.
