Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Town of Amherst

Cld not understand the person at the drive thru window.... heavy accent. They did not know if their latte machine was "working" had a coupon for a breakfast sandwich ...$1.99 charged me for a full price sandwich (sausage egg & cheese) after I told them at the window I had a coupon. Very rude staff at this location but that's always been that way. I Try to avoid going there but every once in a while Its right on my route so I don't have to go an extra 5-10 mins out of my way. Been going there for 10 years (again I try to avoid doing that) and it's always the same. Def worth the extra 10 mins to go out of my way to the next one. Also avoid the one at Transit and Clarence Ctr. Rd. EXTREMELY rude staff and never has a clue as to what is going on never has doughnuts ready at 6:30am and throws food together without caring how it's served. Horrible coffee too almost like it's been watered down. Huge Corp who is now greedy and not caring if they get bad reviews. Only a handful that are above and beyond!!!! I'm going to start making my own coffee...

Worst customer service I have EVER received. This store had the rudest and most hateful staff I have ever encountered, and even worse, it was from the manager!! This particular store didn't have most of their breakfast menu items available, but when I finally chose something that they did have, I ended up with the wrong order. I immediately went back to the window to let them know that I had received the wrong item, but was rudely told that I got what I ordered. Reluctantly, they replaced my order, but when I got my food, the manager (!) threw it at me, and then literally slammed the drive through window in my face, all while the rest of the staff stood watching the whole scene, laughing. I was actually afraid to eat the remade food! Worst experience ever. I will never go back...

They close at 6:00 pm now in Sisters hospital. I went down at 5:00pm to get something for my dinner break. They informed me the panini machine was off. I asked if they could make the sandwich and I would heat it in the microwave upstairs. They said they threw the meat away already. I asked for a strawberry coconut refresher, they said they didn't have the syrup to make it. What good is this place? I get employee discount on coffee and tea in my cafeteria. Tim Hortons coffee always tastes burned anyway. They sure don't throw it away every 20 minutes. Maybe they never was the pot out. Pllltttt to Tim's. If I don't bring my dinner from now on I'll go across the street to Mid-City market. Forget...
