Mister's Bar and Lanes — Restaurant in Town of Aurora

Went here for a “cater party” for a friends daughter. Was disgusted how we were all treated. Sad that this low down place is in a nice town like East Aurora even sadder that my friend has pictures and proof of the terrible service etc and they told her the would refund her some money but nothing!!! And it’s been weeks and now no answer!! Pitiful excuse for a restaurant and bar. Staff was rude and ignorant Food was ridiculous!!! The little food they brought out could hardly feed half the guests and some had to order some pizza becasue there wasn’t enough food. The biggest platter was a side dish!!! Mac and cheese!!!😡😡 which costs how much??? And she was charged just under $1000 for this !!! And bowling! When we couldn’t even start right away becasue one of the lanes wasn’t working!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE EVEN IF THEY PAID ME TOO!! And all of my family friends and coworkers will no longer come here either!!! I can promise you that!!! There was another party there with less people and for that party they brought out a huge amount of food compared to our party!!! Pics for proof. We had one small table. First off let me say that I do most of my reviews for food and dart board locations. The atmosphere here was seemingly a very nice country feeling to it, the bar was made from the flooring of the old bowling lanes. Very big horseshoe bar with only 1 bartender, I was either not seen or I had to stand directly in front of him and get his attention away from the TV, the food that they did have available... was good, had to go with my third choice since they were out of alot that day. Also the kitchen closes at 8pm . Now for the dart boards, I say they have 2 of them because physically they have 2 bullshooters, 1 of them is almost unusable, the 15" side has multiple stuck segments, the inner webbing is falling out and the backer is coming apart as well, the 13.5" side of the same board the 19 and 20 doesn't register at all. The other board worked well enough but the mechanics that are supposed to keep the face from rotating was broken and we had to stuff napkins in the edge to keep it still while we were throwing. All in all I will not be stopping here again for darts or even just to stop in with friends, it was not a pleasant experience and both of the dart boards need to be replaced or have someone come...

I was with a party of 11 people for late lunch. The server put us where there were two bench like tables the sit six at each table. The server took our drink order and when he came back with the drinks, he handed the wrong drink to every one of us. He didn't even get one right. When it came time to order we all gave our order off the menu, no special request. When he brought the meals out and started passing everything out, he might have got two orders to the right person. Now after we passed the plates around to the person who ordered them we started to take our first bites and within just a couple minutes everyone started looking at each other and saying the same thing, no taste. Everything was as bland as a school lunch. They had no problem charging premium prices, their menu descriptions made everything sound great but the actual meals were so underwhelming. It the end of the meal came the checks, they all went to the correct person, that in itself was amazing. I won't be coming back to Misters Restaurant. There's at least five better eateries within walking distance of Misters Restaurant and I will be choosing one of them next time I'm looking for something to eat in...
