Carvel — Restaurant in Town of Babylon

Inside and out, this Carvel looks as if it hasn’t been affected by the passage of time. I’m sure there’s plenty of locals who came to this location as kids and now bring their kids for a treat and barely a detail has changed.

The service is always friendly (and patient). They let you sample the different flavors and the soft serve flavors seem to change with the season, but they always have the staples; chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry. If you’re a fan of toppings they’ve got about two dozen different topping options which I believe are an additional 75-cents each.

This is the second time in a row I am exceptionally disappointed with this place. The person who helped us this last time was extremely rude. My girlfriends milkshake was disgusting and obviously made wrong. When my girlfriend mentioned it to the counter person the reply she got was “well there is nothing I’m gonna do about it because you already sipped it”... for real? I tried calling to speak with a manager multiple time as none were working that night and apparently there is never one on duty anyway. Can I give zero stars???...

I was at this location a few months ago and used a gift card, and still have a balance on it. I just went in and was told they didn't know how to process the transaction with a gift card. Obviously it's an issue of poor training, and not the fault of the girls working. I've cream was fine, just a...
