I’ve not been in this location in about 10 years, I was nearby so decided to stop by instead of going by my house. I arrived about 930. I stood there for almost 10 four minutes without anyone acknowledging me. There were five employees behind the counter,one was at the register three were making what seemed like to go orders, and one was chatting to the person at the register. The next person was standing, waiting to be cashed out, and the person who was chatting with someone else felt no need to greet me. And that entire time I stood there, not one employee said hi to me, that one employee said I will be with you in a moment. After there was only one person standing at the register, I comment that I’ve been standing here for almost 10 minutes, and no one has greeted me, no one has even said we’ll be with you in the moment. Read moreGood quality.... I guess that's expected of Cold Stone. I ordered a birthday cake with specific instructions, nothing to fancy. Well they screwed up on the cake layer. obviously I wouldn't be able to tell until the cake was cut. Everything else was done just fine. But Andre the manager must not know how disappointing it is to see someone upset because she was expecting a particular cake. I could've just went to Baskin Robbins and picked up a cake, or even to Levittown. But I knew I would've been in that area at the pick-up time, so it was convenient ordering what I wanted online. I'm in town for a wedding. So my time is scarce. He offered to give me 25% back...which i didn't want because I was initially told i could get 25% off of the cake. I guess that means two different things to Andre and myself. So my advice to you, when you order a cake asked 5 times if the cake is right before you walk out and then just hope it is. Read moreMy friend and I went to Cold Stone's to pick up ice-cream we had ordered online and had the worst customer service experience. We went to the store for pickup when we noticed they were only allowing a number of people in at a time. We were willing to wait on the line but we realized we had already ordered and paid so we just needed an employee to hand us our order. When one group of people came out the employee walked out to let the people in line in front of me in. I said "excuse me" as I was going to tell her we were only there for pick up. She looked at me then proceeded to lock the door. The next time someone left the store the next person in front of me stepped in the store. I stepped closer as I was about to try to explain this to her again and she again shut the door in my face and locked it. The third time we were finally at the front of the line and my friend told her we were just there for pick up as we had already ordered and paid. She quickly grabbed our ice cream and tried to say goodnight but she had already left a terrible taste in my mouth with her terrible customer...
