Customer Service yea right, delivery drivers responsible, yea right, management what is that. I ordered pizza from uber eats. Uber Eats does not deliver order for Domino's anymore, Domino's does it themselves. Delivery driver drove up to building, got out and left pizza at front door of office building and did not knock, call or acknowledge delivery was made. He left it in 20 degree temps and drove away all recorded on video. I called and spoke to management who apologized and said they would cancel order we get our money back in a few days. Here it is 2 weeks later, no cancellation, no refund, no respect. All lies from Karem, the manager and Jay the supposed District manager. I been blamed for never calling back but i called every day for 2 weeks. They blame the customer, they lie and they abuse you as much as they can. They make excuses and then blame you for their mistakes. I called the lawyer, we will do this in small claims court, i got the numerous calls its called a call detail report and the video of this nightmare. Do not waste your time here, try elsewhere, you will get lied too and abused and ripped off. This is the worst Domino's ever, i will drive to Babylon or Brentwood to get from Domino's in future but never Deer Park again, these guys have no idea what customer service is. Oh and management does not arrive till 4 pm. No management before...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreNormally have good experiences, but experienced the worst customer service ever. an hour after placing my order(and watching the drive go in circles on the tracker for 30 minutes) I got a call from the store telling me the road was closed and he was going around and would be 10 more minutes. They were doing nothing for me until I insisted they did and he said he'd buy me a pizza next time. I waited and watched on the tracker as the driver continued to drive in circles and then called back and cancelled the order at which point I was told it would take 2 days to get refunded. I don't blame them for a road closure but they should have contacted me immediately when they saw it, not drive in circles for 30 minutes and then call to tell me it would be 10 more. They also should have proactively offered to credit the meal or something. Lesson learned, I'll drive myself to LaScalla or Marios...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOverall your average Dominoās Pizza Place. Nothing special about this one in particular. Service is fine and wait times are acceptable, but just wish they had the crushed red pepper flakes. They are a bit cheap/stingy with their supplies, like plates, napkins, etc. and sometimes just say they donāt have any.
As a food establishment, they should offer these basic condiments/supplies to their customers. These kind of items go into a businessā cost of goods, and they should allocate some expense to that, in order to keep their customers happy.
You can get more supplies like ketchup, mustard, hot sauce, napkins, plates, cups etc. at your local 711, with 2 slices of pizza for just $4. They also donāt offer a public restroom, again another concern at a food establishment that even offers sit down experience (although...
