I was lied to. Told something that wasn’t true. I was manipulated and verbally attacked. I was told something that would change the course of my life for ever. I was told that there would be no more strawberry dragonfruit refreshers. The absolute utter horror I felt when I was told such a thing. I wake up every morning wanting a strawberry dragonfruit refresher from dunkin. The shock and disturbance I experienced when I was lied to by a worker that there would be no more strawberry dragonfruit. I went to the corner of the room and cried. Cried my heart out, and no one was there to help my tears. No one was there to make me feel safe and welcomed. Just writing this, the trauma is coming back to me. Then after I spent time sulking in the corner, the worker finally told me the truth. I’ve never had a worse experience at a dunkin ever. I feel hurt, betrayed, and I was never at such a low point in my life. I feel sorry for whoever else has to experience such a thing. Us strawberry dragonfruit lovers don’t deserve this cruel treatment. It is such a shame that this is the world we live in. A world full of lies. I left this dunking feeling like I could trust no one. I feel lonely and confused. Sad and betrayed. I hope that this review knocks some sense into the awful people who work at this establishment. I pray for a world where strawberry dragonfruit refresher lovers don’t have to suffer from the cruel liars of this world. Society is falling into shambles. Please make a change dunkin. I came in and there were 3 people working at Dunkin Donuts. It took 10 minutes before someone said to me "Someone will be there shortly to take your order." There was a man behind me who asked me "Did you place your order?" I replied to him "Not yet." A few more minuites passes and the man behind me leaves the store. Finally someone takes my order, "A capuchino please." I realized after I paid that I did not ask for sweetener. I asked another employee to tell the person making the coffee to add the sweetener. When the person who took then order came out with my coffee, I asked her "Is the sweetener added to the Capuchino?" With an annoyed tone she repied "You did not tell me you wanted sweetener." I informed her that a coworker I spoke with was going to make sure it was added. In a more annoyed tone she replied "She did not tell me you wanted sweetener!" I said to her "You could be a little nicer to your customers and maybe smile." She handed me some packets of sweetener and in a sarchastic tone said "Have a nice day!" I felt so unappreciated as a customer. I should have left the store just like the man waiting behind me on line. I hope the owners of the franchise will address this attitude issue with their employees as they will surely lose...

SHOULD BE ZERO STARS. Went there and absolutely no other customers were in the store. Two workers standing around and no one greeted me and my family. We waited 10 mins and then finally they turned around from their chit chatting and asked in an unfriendly manner what we wanted, very impatient too. The pics: This is their idea of their one scoop sundae (comes with hot fudge, whipped cream, walnuts and a cherry.) And no, this is not “melted” or after waiting some time smh. I specified my ice cream flavor and hot fudge and the woman tried to say no one ever wants the other stuff it includes (whipped cream, walnuts, cherry) and gave me an attitude and a TINY SCOOP of ice cream for expecting the full sundae ingredients. Not an entire single scoop amount, just a pathetic half scoop of ice cream. Just terrible attitude and brusqueness; if you hate the job get a new one.The woman was white, with brown curly frizzy hair and looked old in the face. Heavy eyeliner and cakey makeup.
