I don't drink coffee, but that doesn't stop me from enjoying Jack Jack's, as they are WAY more than just a run of the mill coffee shop. They have a wide variety of drinks made to perfection and with care, and they cater to your customary wants and needs. The service is amazing, and far more personable than you'll receive at a chain spot, plenty of seats for a small shop to get work done, write the next big novel, get your screenplay finished or just get some quality reading in with a great drink and one of many delicious food items you can order as well. It's just a stones throw away from the Babylon train station, and plenty of parking nearby if the metered spots out front are taken up. Deer Park Ave is a walkers dream, as you can walk up and down the street and enjoy many restaurants and services and you get a nice feel for Babylon, and as the chillier weather of fall approaches, I look forward to my hot Chai Latte from Jack Jacks to be in hand as I enjoy the fall walks through...
Read moreUpdate on 10/6/2021. After not being here in two years I thought I’d give it another Try. Been here twice and not going ever again. Gentleman behind counter with accent is rudest man ever. Not friendly. No hello. No thank you. He was like this both times I went. For a specialty coffee shop the customer experience should be top notch. I didn’t know a jar full of fruit was just for smoothie. He was annoyed with me and angrily put the fruit back. This place is not worth it for the way you get treated

Today the people working had zero sense of urgency. It took Almost eight minutes to get my tea. There were no bags for pasteries. The girl at register had zero personal skills. If I come again I will look to see who is...
Read moreLove this place! My fiance and I went on a little brunch date here and we were not disappointed. The customer service is super accommodating and helpful, and even the customers tend to all be friendly and in good moods. The atmosphere is very chill and laid-back. Great place to work remotely or for a small coffee date, solo or with a partner. We got the egg/sausage sandwich and the rainbow wrap. I usually never care for rainbow wraps but this one was so flavorful! Seriously if you're having doubts, try it out. You will love every bite. We also got the kanketo cookie sandwiches which are also vegan, healthy, and delicious. Their lattes are perfection and prices were affordable as well. We will definitely be coming back here.
The one and only downside I was not happy with was the no-cash charge. I paid with a debit card and was not told beforehand that I would be charged extra....
