Ohayo Japanese cuisine — Restaurant in Town of Babylon

Ever have one of those meals that you keep thinking about hours later ? I’m still thinking about the crispy, crunchy, chunky yet delicate shrimp tempura. Still being bathed in the nurturing umami comfort of a deeply flavored, well appointed miso soup. Reliving that first, pink, pillowy bite of salmon in the chefs Rising Sun roll and how it melted in my mouth. How that roll’s creative presentation, tangy dressing and crunchy toppings made me forget the wickedness of the world for awhile and still grateful to be alive. Out of the 6, 7, sushi restaurants in Babylon, this one is great!

The sushi is fresh and of course they have the standard dishes (sushi, sashimi deluxe, etc). Just had the sushi boat tonight which was beautifully presented and was a delicious plate of food.

The service was speedy and it's a small location so the dining room is intimate and you can call a server quickly, if needed.

Would I go back? 100% Unlike the other sushi restaurants in town where you may sit elbow to elbow with 20 of your closest friends, this one has the same, if not better caliber of food in a much more...

First time at the restaurant. Great food. Very generous portion. Fantastic service.

Shout out to our server, Jack. He was so friendly and attentive. Outside of the food, We would come back for him. He made us all so welcome.

We had the love boat for two for three ppl. Also added a spicy girl specialty roll, baby bok Chou, and house fried rice for our non sushi eater.

They gave us the fried ice cream in the house for one of our birthday.
