Long John Silver's | KFC — Restaurant in Town of Batavia

I waited about 20 minutes for my food, but I want to take a moment to commend an employee named Hailey. I noticed her step away from the drive-thru to help a cashier who was struggling with customers, and once things were under control, she went straight into the kitchen to assist there as well. That level of teamwork and initiative stood out to me.

With my extensive fast-food management experience, I can confidently say Hailey has the qualities of a strong leader and should be considered for a management role. She showed initiative, awareness, and the ability to adapt to the team’s needs.

Although the wait was long, the food was fresh, and Hailey’s efforts made a clear difference. In my opinion, she is the kind of employee who should be running the place far more than the others I observed.

it was pretty good, we lost our Geneva Long John YEARS ago for some crazy reason and I drove out of the way to go here just because we were in the area...it was a shared building with KFC and I was a bit sad to find out they didn't have the normal Long John Silver fries, but they were using the KFC wedges (NOT the same!)

1 good thing... The Manager on duty Tues 4/16 was an ANIMAL! We were on our way back from Niagara Falls, when she saw The Young Adult Club from our Church (Delivering Word) come in, in the middle of dinner, she was all over it!! She brought us down to a different register, placed our orders and food in hand in about 12-15min I was impressed! She took command of the kitchen and made it happen. Being an owner of 4 pizza shops... I'd hire her in a hearbeat!

Get the right fries, don't mingle, KFC is KFC, leave Long John's be!!! (Malt Vinegar ain't the same on...

Terribly, slow, incompetent and rude. I arrived at 8:30, took about 15 minutes to order even though only one person was ahead of me. Took another 10 minutes to get cold food. Then was told in a very rude way when I picked up my food at the counter that I would have to leave because the restaurant was closing soon. I said the sign on the door says 11:00. She said, “that’s the drive through, leave.”Until now I had been very patient and kind. I said “this is ridiculous that I can’t eat inside, it’s not even 9:00.” As I was leaving the lady that took my order was at the door to lock it and rudely said, “you can’t sit there” when all I was doing was going to the table I planned to sit at to grab my drink. I get to my car and realize my order is wrong, items are missing and half my food was cold. It wasn’t...
