McDonald's — Restaurant in Town of Bedford

Just horrible. Order is wrong constantly. I stopped there the other night and it took over 40 minutes in the drive thru. The employees were just playing around. There were only 3 people in front of me so it should not have taken long and my order should have been correct. Don't bother calling the owner either. She is rude and does nothing to rectify the situation. She has an oh well, your loss attitude. Last year, I ordered from the Drive thru, paid with a credit card, I didn't realise until I pulled away from the window that I never received my credit card back. I immediately go inside and let them know I didn't get my credit card back. The person at the Drive thru comes over with a 6 inch stack of credit cards and asked me if I could identify mine. I immediately call my credit card company and report the card stolen. A few days later, my credit card company called me to inform me that 2 charges were attempted on my stolen card on the same day. One in Utah for groceries in the amount $280.00 at approximately 7 pm. At 9PM the same day, a charge for over $500.00 dollars was attempted at a restaurant in France. i recently went to the mcdonalds at 605 Bedford road and the food was ok but the experience was horrible the place is always packed and the noise is too much every time i go there people are yelling and making so much noise you cant enjoy your meal in peace but the worst part is the staff i have complained so many times but nothing ever gets fixed the tables are dirty and the restrooms are nasty the manager is useless just there to collect a paycheck and dont even get me started on james this guy is the worst he does nothing but stand around and act like hes too good to do his job last time i went it was 330 am after a long shift and the place was a disaster people dropping food and trash everywhere and no one cleaned it up i talked to james and he just ignored me like he didnt even care cowards if they dont fix this place soon something bad is gonna happen no one can live with this people dont want to come here because the management is so bad especially james if they dont handle it im gonna handle it the street way because this has gone too far if i could i would give this place a zero...

I honestly think they should do away with curbside pick up. Although it is convenient, service is slow and they ALWAYS get something wrong! I saw the girl coming with my order after 15 min of waiting so I rolled down my window. She walked past my car 3 times and walked back in with the food. She told the manager that there was nobody out there with the name the order was placed. THATS A LIE cause she never stopped at my car. The manager came out and asked me my name and said she will bring the food right out. I told her I that I had been waiting for a min and I would like my fries to be fresh. She said no problem. The girl comes back out with my food and 3 drinks. I don't know about you guys but a car usually only comes with 2 cup holders. So where was I supposed to put the other drink???
