Chili's Grill & Bar — Restaurant in Town of Big Flats

Sorry, this restaurant is 100% impolite. When we arrived, the lady at the entrance told us in a very fast way something we did not understand – we are foreigners. She repeated her sentences and we understood we should sit down at a free table somewhere. We were somehow surprised, because we know that normally in restaurant in the US you are seated. So we sat down and shortly afterwards another very annoyed lady arrived and asked us who allowed us to sit down here. She moved us to another table – directly at the kitchen door. There were at least eight unoccupied tables available. The next thing: if you want to connect to „free wifi“, you have to enter a „valid mobile phone number“. But, if you enter a foreign mobile phone number, it says, it is not a correct or invalid number. So there is no possibility to connect to wifi for us, that is somehow discriminating. We ordered Texas Chili Fries to be served with the main dishes. As we got them than, they were rather cold and like one big stone. We refused that portion and told the waitress to bring a new one. She asked us, whether she should re-heat the stone-like old ones or bring a new one. It took so much time, that the new version arrived when we had finished our main dishes. But they were tasty and hot that time. The staff was not friendly, after we refused the fries nobody came to ask if everything was ok. I placed a fairly substantial order for my 4th of July celebration and all my guests were pleased with everything I purchased. All meals were provided with great appreciation to me and everyone I worked with at Chili's were accommodating and pleasant to work with.

A big shoutout goes to Ashley who assisted me with my web/app woes as attempts to place this order online and via the Chili's app were futile. After speaking with Ashley she assured me everything would be ready at the agreed upon time I had requested. I called Chili's on Saturday to ask that my order time be pushed back another hour due to arrival of guests and Ashley was pleasantly accommodating with that, too.

I've had my fair-share of less-than-par concerns with this particular Chili's with past experiences, but I usually chalk it up to, that particular time and give them another chance. Ashley has made me very pleased with catering from Chili's as an option for future events given her exceptional customer service and appreciation for my expenditure.

Unfortunately, I'm a deducting one-star for the presentation of the brisket I ordered. As a suggestion, DO NOT put the brisket on slices of bread. Please, just don't do that...

Last weekend I went to this Chili’s with some of the cast and crew of my High School’s Fall show. We all sat at our table for at least an hour BEFORE they even took our order. We arrived around 9:45 and I was the last to get my food at 11:48 after I had to order it twice because they forgot it. My friend and I both ordered refills for our Shirley Temples and we never got it, instead they brought out Strawberry Lemonade. When we said that that was not what we had ordered one of the waitresses insisted that we were lying. Adding onto the fact that my food came so late I did not even get what I had ordered! I ordered a burger with lettuce and tomato. I received a burger with cheese...nothing else. This happened twice in one night! The first time I was given this cheeseburger and I politely said that was not what I had ordered. Someone else at my table had, so that was an honest mistake. I then waited for my correct order to come, which it never did. I then had to ask if my food was almost done and I was informed that no one was making it. The waitress apologized and then came back maybe 15 minutes later with a burger. With only cheese. I was just shocked. By then it was almost midnight so I just ate it and wanted to pay. I left the restaurant at 12:38am without the food I wanted or...
