Bruegger's Bagels — Restaurant in Town of Brighton

Today was the first time they have messed up my herby Turkey sandwich bad in years. The herby turkey is a set sandwich on the menu. The girl put mayo on it instead of the cream cheese (GROSS), didn't put the extra tomato paste or extra lettuce and gave me the wrong bagel all together, she gave me a sesame seed one. And honestly I don't work on that side of town, I go that way because my daughter goes to school over there, otherwise I would've turned around and asked them to remake it but I had to get to work. I didn't notice because I didn't eat right away so I got stuck wiping everything off and just keeping the turkey with a little bit a lettuce and onions that weren't covered in mayo.

I go to this location once a week to grab my herby turkey on an garlic or everything bagel 🥯 with extra tomato paste, my husbands build your own on a plain bagel 🥯 toasted. A bakers dozen with one of their really awesome cream cheeses!

Next time I'll have the person that normally makes my sandwiches make them...

The bagels are decent and fresh- however they seem to have shrunk down their menu, including the Sriracha egg sandwich (and replaced it with some kind of weird Sriracha honey concoction) and the number of spread flavors and aren't quite the same as used to be available.

More importantly, we were disappointed with their masking protocol. While the drive thru attendant was masked and gloved and at least on a quick drive through scan appeared to be following good droplet protection protocol, there was an employee inside wearing a loosely fitting mask covering their mouth somewhat, but not their nose. An establishment serving food should have germ protocol be paramount, and this level of complacency with none of the other employees or management asking the person to leave is more than simply disturbing. They could serve the best bagels, have the greatest menu, but if they care so little for the health and safety of their other employees and customers, they probably should not be in...

Today went through drive thru order a small unsweetened tea and 2 bagels with cream cheese. We were charged 10.66....which is not the correct amount anyways,but when qe got to window give her my card and was given the 2 bagels with cream cheese. She closed the drive thru window never gave receipt. After 5 mins opened window and tried handing us the next order. We said we have been waiting for our unsweetened tea. She tried telling us we weren't charged for it . I said I was charged 10.66 for 2 bagels with cream cheese and given no receipt. On site and in store clearly bagel and cream cheese is 2.59. Definitely felt scammed after this experience and couldn't help ,but think was over charged and not given a receipt to get away with it. Left a bad taste in my mouth after this...
