Very rarely do I write reviews, but if this deters even one person from going to this location I will be more than pleased.
I want to first mention this has no ill-intentions against employees, I've worked food service in the past and it seems as though this location is under horribly poor management.
5:00pm - I order with 30 minute estimated prep time
5:15pm - Hopped in Chipotlane expecting a wait
5:30pm - App says order is ready
5:45pm - After 4 cars I am finally at the window in the Chipotlane, was told order was mistakenly marked ready and parked in the parking lot to wait.
6:00pm - App updates, but waiting in Chipotlane again. 7 cars total and I'm blocked in by two.
6:15pm - Lady ahead of me wants to reverse out because no one has moved and everyone has their engines off. I back out, park, me and two others go inside. (Why not have the lane constantly circling through?? The first time I have ever been blocked into a non-moving drive-thru 💀)
6:20pm - There are 5 people + 2 DoorDashers waiting for pickup orders and maybe 4 in line with 2 ordering. Not much acknowledgement from the 7-8+ employees led both people that left their cars to just leave the place without their food (realistically only one of the employees should've been directly interacting with us, but everyone just seemed bothered).
6:30pm - We're finally acknowledged waiting at the pickup side of the register. I get my food and go home.
After an hour delay, I finally get home and find that the salad I ordered had no lettuce on it. First thing on the receipt says "Chicken Salad" and the first ingredient is "Salad Lettuce." Probably a sign it had E. Coli again.

When I got home, I noticed that all 5 burrito bowls I ordered were incorrect (some had the incorrect proteins, while other were missing toppings that were included in our order). I tried contacting the store directly as well as using their customer service chatbot to see if I could be refunded or receive some sort of coupon for this order, but I couldn't get through to the store and the chat bot told me my order was refunded when it wasn't. My advice would be do not order on the app or check each item before leaving the store with your order as you can't expect them to get the online...
Read moreI like the food. The location is ok but difficult to enter from the east. Left turn into heavy traffic required with no left turn lane.
All members of the staff were friendly and competent.
I find the noise level inside absolutely intolerable. The weather was decent so we ate outside. Traffic noise far less objectionable than that of the inside.
Every table was filthy. I wonder what the health department would say?
No forks were available.
All in all, unless I become aware of significant improvement to noise levels and cleanliness, I'll never eat...
