Atmosphere 40/10 for this one. The whole place is set up almost like a ship with the front tables on a lower level and the booths one on each step up for the next 4 steps. The booths themselves were round and short enough where they're comfortable and able to lounge while enjoying the food and upbeat music. The food was pretty good. Vegetable gyoza to start which was pretty good. The raider roll and Philly roll were good but nothing ground breaking. The wife got the chicken hibachi and fried rice which also were really good. The service got the lower mark not because of the servers, they were great, but the fact that you have to pay 12 for fried rice instead of just subbing it out for the meal is insane. Also another place I've been to where they offer you soup OR salad instead of just both like most other sushi/hibachi places. Like..part with the 11 extra cents it probably costs you to offer both for the meal. I'd come back here just for the atmosphere itself. Fun night.

This place is amazing! Ever since moving to Patchogue a little over a year ago, we started going here. Our most recent visit for a pre-birthday dinner for my girlfriend a week or so ago sealed the deal that we will never go anywhere else for sushi ever again. We started off with drinks; I stuck with water but my girlfriend got the Summer punch, it is her go-to. Dinner was, as always, absolutely delicious. We got the toro carpaccio for an appetizer and followed it up with a Patchogue and a Monster roll. Everything was phenomenal. We weren't even planning for dessert but our server, Jason, had noticed the date on the ID when he took it for drinks. He brought out a tartufo and sang for my girlfriend. I've never seen another server at any restaurant do this without being prompted in my life. We will definitely be back; as we love sushi and there's nowhere better! THANK YOU!

Great food. Great atmosphere. Great menu selection. The whole experience was great . First they take you in and sit you right away even if the place is full they find a way to accommodate you , which is great since the village of Patchogue can be a very busy place . You find yourself into a great south Asian decor that is very fresh . The drinks are fantastic. The servers are very friendly and the food comes out very fast . The menu is very extensive you really can get lost in ordering very nicely decorated plates . At the end the desert menu was so good you can’t go wrong with anything. Highly recommend for a party since the place is so big . But it also can be a place for a nice private dinner

They just lost two customers. Here is why!!

We came here for dinner. Noticed it was happy hour. Buy one get one on beer and wine. I was with my gf and we ordered 1 glass each. Our waitress told us it was buy one get one. She never ever clarified at all that each person needed to get 2 glasses of wine each in order to get one of them free for themselves.

As we were having wine we ordered 5 rolls of sushi. I was not happy that all the rolls were on the small side, I dont know what happened but they have shrunk the rolls to the point that after we were done with 5 rolls we were still hungry and ordered another roll. Only to find out that roll was small as well. I mean come on. The sushi was good but why be stingy with the size of your rolls, even the specialty rolls were small.

The waitress not once came by to even offer us the 2nd glass of wine once we were done with the 1st glass, if it was indeed 1 free for each person at the table. Then why wouldnt she on her own come by and give us that 1 free glass of wine each??? instead she cleaned up the whole table and brought us the check, without a mention of that free glass of wine until we got the bill and noticed we were charged FULL price for 2 glasses one wine.

Once we questioned why we were charged full price if it was buy 1 get one THEN and ONLY THEN she told us that we needed to get 2 glasses of wine each in order to get one of them free...REALLY??? Then the manager came over and explained it to us and apologized and instead of refunded us the full price of the glass of wine they charged us.This would of been of been common courtesy and the right thing to do since the waitress gave us misleading info. To us I thought that i get a glass of wine and my gf's was free. Since they never ever brought us over the 2nd glass. They both said well we can have that free glass now if we want...REALLY WE HAD TO ASK FOR THAT FREE GLASS IN ORDER TO GET IT? AFTER WE WERE DONE EATING??AT THIS POINT I DIDNT EVEN WANT TO BE THERE ANYMORE.

They just lost 2 customers. Wont...

This is one of my absolute favorite restaurants, You are going to love 360, its great atmosphere makes it the place you will want to be. When you walk in you are greeted with a big smile and the warmth of Missy. She could not make you feel more welcome if she greeted you at the door with your favorite pair of slippers!!!!

We get amazing service from Jason who treats us like family, he knows what we are drinking and greets us with our usual's. His level of skill and professionalism is most impressive.

Lets not forget the man who keeps this impressive operation running like a well run machine. The General Manager is Sam. You can see him in the front of the house greeting customers, behind the bar or running food. In order to maintain the excellent level of service this restaurant is known for Sam can be seen almost any where and doing anything that needs to be done.

A great experience like this does not just happen, it is the culmination of lots of good people working very hard.

The menu is amazing there are soo many great choices, the fried oysters are crispy hot and always a treat. The Grenades are also a musty have, I have been coming here for years and recently discovered an appetizer names "Patchogue's Finest" this is a good sized shrimp wrapped in crab and then grilled. I almost left out the fried soft shell craps which are probably the best I have ever had. With all these must have appetizers come the amazing drinks, the great music and just a great time. We do eventually get to some of the freshest and best prepared Sushi you are going to ever find. If you want a great experience, you will remember 360 Taiko is the...

Valentines Day 2/14/25. We had an 8:45 reservation, we finally sat down maybe 9:15 the latest. Totally understand a delay, it's a holiday. The gentlemen behind the desk was able to get my girlfriend and I a nice booth to sit in. However, after sitting down, We had ordered 2 sodas, and 2 rolls/6pieces of sashimi. Over an hour and a half later I went to ask who I assumed to be the manager, the gentleman behind the desk bringing people to their tables, and politely said to him, "Listen, I totally get you are busy, however we ordered 2 sodas, and a small amount of sushi and sashimi over an hour ago." He goes ahead and asks the sushi chefs, which by the way, there was 4 chefs and one person helping them. What I ordered should have taken MAYBE 30 minutes if you are behind. But Over an hour and a half later? We finally get our drinks, and our sushi which was frankly overpriced, not cold, not fresh. In addition, I should point out the "Manager" was drinking on the floor. Taking shots with other tables, instead of helping us, and the other 3-4 tables I saw that were missing items, for clearly long periods of time. This was my girlfriend and I's first Valentines Day, returning to the spot we went on our first date. Unfortunately, it seems we should have kept the memory of the first time and not returned, as it did not live up to the experience we had initially. Our evening ended with a drunk "manager" at the desk apologizing profusely. $131 later, that was our experience returning...
