Something fun & unique! Cloud Nine is a place I’ve seen on everyone’s feeds for months now! An ice cream & cereal bar...such a cool idea!

Located in the heart of Patchogue, there’s limited street (metered) parking available. There’s a large lot (metered) in the back of the shop, and they have a back entrance.

It’s so cute & trendy inside. Everything was so clean. The lighting was perfect to snap a pic of your dessert creation! They actually blend your ice cream with the cereals of your choice right in front of you.

The prices are on the higher side but I felt that it was worth it! My ice cream cone was packed with ice cream & toppings. The service was super friendly! There are so many choices of toppings and cereals to choose from. You can also choose between different cones, bowls, shakes, & ice cream sandwiches with donuts! This place only has vanilla ice cream as the base. They don’t have other flavors. Instead, they blend the cereal into the ice...

My family and I love to come here but we were disgusted with the place being completely packed by a very large group of people surrounding their one tiny counter with no masks on with their ice cream the other night. The place is extremely small to begin with so it's a quick in and out type of place but this huge group of people took it upon themselves to surround the one small counter by the waiting area and take their masks off, not leaving any sort of room for others to come in safely and order not to mention only the kids had ordered ice cream, so the adults used the excuse that they were at a ‘table’ to take their masks off. My family and I decided to go else where as we did not feel safe enough to come in as no social distancing regulations were clearly enforced. I'm extremely disappointed as we love coming here. Hoping the owner does a better job with this in preventing further issues like this...

What a great experience! Brought my wife and niece to try out this 'ice cream' place. Wow. It is so much more. Similar to a DQ Blizzard or a McFlurry, but way more thought out, and better executed. Definitely a more gourmet spin on a familiar concept. Combining toppings, mixins and your favorite cereals the way they do is a unique treat, not to be missed. And the 'everyone' that we dealt with so friendly and professional! They patiently explained, for what had to be the hundredth time that day, exactly what their concept is and how we could get the most out of it. From ascertaining what your likes and dislikes are, to giving personal recommendations on products you might enjoy. I had Apple Jacks, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Teddy Grahams, caramel syrup and ice cream combined to make an Apple Pie A La Mode desert that was amazing. Run, don't walk. You need to...
