I donāt normally write reviews, but donāt waste your time here. The first time I was here, I ordered a black coffee and it took 45 minutes in the drive-through, by which time my coffee was cold.
Today, I returned and walked in because I knew from the first time I was there that the drive-through would probably take forever. Again, I ordered a black coffee. I stood at the pickup counter waiting for my order for 30 minutes before somebody asked me what I was waiting for. Turns out; my coffee was sitting there for 30 minutes, but they didnāt bother to put my name on the cup, nobody ever said my name when they put it there (I was watching the whole time), and they put my cup on the āZāā¦my name starts with a J.
I asked a staff member to remake it so that it was hot. This was clearly very annoying to her. After having to explain my orderā¦black coffeeā¦she put a cup 1/2 the size of what I ordered on the counter. No words, no name, not even a glance at me. 5 minutes later, she says, āsir, this is your coffee.ā Confused, I asked her why it was 1/2 the size of what I ordered, and held it up to my original (now cold) drink sitting on the counter to show her itās not the same size. Once again annoyed, she proceeds to tell me thatās the size I told her I wanted. I never specified a sizeā¦I figured it was assumed that I wanted the size that I ordered. She was once again annoyed and seemingly mind-boggled. Why would I want a coffee smaller than the one I paid for?
So, she remade the drink again and I left. Iām now writing this review with a cup of coffee next to me which is the right size, but not the dark roast that I ordered. I wonāt be bothering to go in and have it remade, because Iām sure it will just be wrong againābut I definitely wonāt ever be going back here.

In this past year or so they have stopped giving you a bag for food items. So when picking up drinks ,sandwiches and treats for not only myself but usually other people as well I have to ask for a bag to put the warm food into. So upon going in today I ordered drinks and food items to deliver to family. The girl who took my order handed me the warm food items , ofcourse without a bag. So as I was waiting for the drinks to finish being made I walked over and asked the same girl if I could please have a bag. She replied that will be 5 cents and rang it up. I paid with a card so I was looking for change in my pockets , but didnt have any. So I went into my phone case where I had a $20 bill I was holding for my grandson. She actually took the 20 and broke it for 5 cents !!! Not only that instead of giving me $19.95 back in change she gave me $19.75. So I paid a quarter for a bag in a food establishment!! Between me and my daughter alone we spend $20 to $25 a day 5 days a week at Starbucks. I am extremely disappointed in this experience at this particular Starbucks. Im not one to complain about change , if I dropped it on the floor I would leave it for the sweeper . But its the principle of the matter. Obviously Starbucks isn't training the people they hire correctly. SMH .... Such a disappointment and short changed as well . Not a good reflection on the...

As my grandson finished eating, we approached the counter, and i asked the clerk, what is the price of the ice cream she was serving, her response was āoh itās free, itās a sampleā, so I asked her if my grandson can have one, she then asked are their any on the side of the counter? I said no, she proceeds to say ā oh well then he canāt have oneā, I said why not, there wasnāt any there to begin with, I have been sitting there for 20 minutes as my grandson ate, and we watched you serve everyone that approached that counter, she then says well I have line, and Iām leaving soon, there was only 1 person behind me, so I said itās ok I will wait if you want to serve the person behind me, she said āno Iām leaving. So I said to her ā so your refusing to serve him the same thing you were giving all the other customersā? She said Iām not doing it, so just leave. I asked for her name, which is Anna, and I asked for a Manager, she smirked and said ā I am the Manager.ā I walked out like Wow, RACISM still does exist...Shame...But by the end of my day Corporate did hear from me with a complaint to a Supervisor.
