Carvel — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

SENT ME TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM!!!!!!! I've been a Carvel customer for years, have always ordered the same thing- chocolate chip ice cream with chocolate chips, never had a problem. This location is always run down, but this time I was given WALNUTS along with my chocolate chips, because their topping station was so sloppy. Not even like you could say it was busy. I was the only customer in there at the time, it was just not clean. I became anaphylactic and had to go to the emergency room- something that could have killed me, and the managers at this location don't want to hear about it. All they care about is that is not getting in trouble with the owner for keeping a sloppy shop. Never apologized ever, was rude and nasty to me, and said she didn't care if it had been a child who'd been given something they're allergic to, that even if a customer dies it's not her problem. They couldn't care LESS about you as a customer, as long as you pay. Do yourself a favor and use the Baskin Robbins or the Sundaes down the street. Absolutely...

Purchased a birthday cake here and paid for extra fudge and crunchies. The cake looked ok when I viewed it in the box.When I got the cake home and took it out of the box I could not believe how low in height it was!! Hardly any ice cream and hardly any fudge or crunchies!! I was totally ripped off, these cakes are not cheap. Not this store. Never ever! Had our birthday coupon and we were turned away, citing they refuse digital coupons. They said it is because we could exploit using it repeatedly so therefore we had to print it out. But nothing is stopping me from printing out multiple copies...
