Read moreI’ve been going every few weeks for over 4 years with my family. Love the food. The recent service however has made us decide to no longer remain patrons. My 5 year old daughter dropped her orange juice while wearing her jacket as we were leaving. I used the napkins on the table to soak up as much as I could, 4-5 staff walked by me on the floor trying to wipe up the mess, and the only thing 1 server out of about 5 staff who walked by and watched did was hand me a some paper towels when they saw I had run out of napkins (and that too reluctantly). Not so much as a point to the nearest waste bin. I was raised to clean up after myself but honestly, after spending almost 5 minutes cleaning it up and walking around with a wad of orange colored paper towels looking for a waste bin until I found it right behind the server station (also 8 paces from us) and I realized that the culture of the restaurant is completely devoid of the hospitality service. The least they could have done was there’s a bin over here, would you like to order another orange juice or even do you need more napkins. Pathetic service. And not even with the usual busy rush. If anyone replies and states they must not be aware I would say that is a lie. You don’t walk around someone (multiple times by multiple staff) and then reluctantly hand over a few paper towels. Heck if I saw a young family with an expectant mother and young child I would offer to help regardless of whether I worked there or not. Pathetic service and no matter how much we love their French toast, I wouldn’t spend a dime again there and I strongly recommend against going to the port Jeff station location. On the side, they placed a group of elderly ladies right in front of the door opening and blasting them with cold air and even though I overhear one ask if they could be moved I was not aware of them finding them a different table. Just sheer laziness with a...
Read morePretty Good food but I had a super unprofessional experience here today, I placed a pickup order and specifically asked if my friend picking could pay in person, I was told yes. When my friend picked up the order they just handed them the bag and said have a good one, so my friend assumed I paid the bill and they would just give me their portion of the money later on. We ate our food and continued on with the day with me thinking they paid and them thinking I prepaid since NO payment was asked for upon pick up. Fast forward to the end of the day I’m in the middle of a dog training session and receive a phone call from a random number saying I need to give them a payment over the phone? I’m confused and said did my friend not pay, I asked if they can pay in person and you guys said yes? They said no, whoever handed them the bag didn’t ask for payment because they thought it was paid for (absolutely their fault). I obviously paid over the phone no issues after momentarily hanging up to confirm with my friend they didn’t pay and go grab my card, because i do NOT steal things, but they had a bit of an attitude about the whole thing and made me feel uncomfortable. That is YOUR businesses fault that you didn’t ask for payment, my friend assumed I paid when I ordered since you guys never asked for a payment upon pick up, so honestly you should have just cut your losses (a whopping $37 lol) as a very well off business, not call the customer hours later saying give me the money? Very weird to be honest. But they are very lucky I’m a good person because many people would have just hung up on you and not paid, but I wouldn’t do that....
