I went here recently for a regular manicure and I suppose that is what I received: a bare minimum manicure. I waited about 10 min, which was fine. The nail polish selection is a joke and was updated several years ago. However, the guy was not friendly at all, barely said 2 words to me, and reused the same dirty nail tools from an open kit. Why bother putting them back in the packaging? You're not fooling anyone. He painted most of my nails, leaving several empty spaces and streaks. The nails were filed unevenly and the top coat was so old that the brush was a crumpled mess.

Unsurprisingly, the nails were messed up and chipped right away (the same day). If you're looking for a thorough job, definitely look elsewhere. For the hand massage, he barely touched my hands like he was afraid of them and then dumped a hot, stained towel on my hands. I was thoroughly disgusted and will not be returning. If you need to kill time in the area, while waiting for someone, and your choice is between this place and the coffee shop where they ignore you unless you're white, I would choose to wait in line at the...

If I could give this place a negative star I would or no stars at all. I have no idea how these people have a 4 plus star reviews. The only thing good about this place is that I didn't have to wait. I wonder why!!! Still wasn't worth my money. So I wanted to get SNS powder but they had 10 choices, so I had to go with gel. While the lady is taking off my SNS powder from my nails I see another employee clean the tools, which are supposed to be used to clean up your cuticles and such with the brush at the sink that people use to wash their hands. The tools are not sanitized they make believe that it is because it's in plastic wrap. One of my nails got infected right after the gel polish. I got my nails done Tuesday evening and this Friday morning (3 days later) my nails chipped. I went back today, Friday evening to get one nail fixed, and I got an attitude from the employee. As the day went on today (Friday) more of my nails started to chip. Please do not waste your time, money, or risk your health with this unsanitary place. NEVER...

Go to Liz!! She is nothing short of AMAZING!! I went there a week ago to get my eyebrows done. She dropped what she was doing and served me quickly but better than that...best eyebrows I EVER got!! So today I go in for a Mani pedi, and WOW!!! WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! She just took excellent care if me. She's real, she's there to help, she's there for all of your needs, just WOW!!! Because you have Liz there, you have a customer for life in me!! I moved to Port Jefferson from Selden and have been looking for a place but man, is my search over! PS...Liz gave me a message that was so deep and relaxing, and hit the perfect parts so amazingly, that I almost fell asleep!! I literally have her all my money 😂 Serious people, wow what service. I am I'm customer service, and I know the importance of Google reviews, as I use them to determine if I am going to visit a restaurant, bar, etc. Liz... PLEASE...
