Subway — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

Me and my boyfriend ordered sandwiches here around 1 p.m. this past Thursday, and the worker had a horrible attitude. Instead of just telling my boyfriend that extra meat would be an extra charge, she just kept saying she didn't have it until she realized my boyfriend didn't want the sandwich if it didn't have the meat he wanted. She also kept telling me she didn't have mozzarella cheese, even though I was staring right at it, but I didn't have the urge to argue with this woman since I saw she was obviously just going to keep being difficult. We decided to order on the app yesterday from this place to avoid having to see this woman again, but this time they gave me the wrong bread. When we asked about it, the worker said they didn't have the type I wanted, so they just gave me another one. What if I was allergic to the substitute or just didn't like it? not sure why they would just decide to change it just because they didn't have it. I would have rather had my order...

They burned my sandwich bread, barely put any lettuce whatsoever, and they’re so overpriced. They have a sign that says if you order a 6 inch sandwich , make it a combo. I asked for two cookies and a small drink on the side with my sandwich and the employee told me no because it wasn’t the sandwich of the day. After he finally listened and let me order a small soft drink on the side, he didn’t even tell me the ice machine was broken. On top of that, all the sodas were flat and watered down. I found strange debris in my sprite and had to dump it out and refill it. Also, this place does the know how to cut tomatoes or onions correctly. Their tomatoes were mushy and watery, and their onion slices are an inch thick. I will not be coming back to this Subway until they get...

It’s a lovely bread sandwich. Been here a few times and every time they drop the ball on something. Moble ordered so it was ready when we got there. Got there wasn’t even being made. So get the sandwiches and the bread is hard and flaky. Looks like they cut the meet portions down. Could not even taste the meet. Think I’ll look for a local deli

Tried them again. Lovely hard bread sandwich this time around. Bread is hard and crumbles very easy. There’s next to nothing on the sandwich. I’ve seen more meat on a 7-11 sandwich.
