Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

This place needs a deep cleaning and staff needs to be told how to be clean. Watching an employee put butter on their hands like cream so they can put gloves on is disgustingly gross. They need to have a staff that doesn’t discuss with their customers that some foods might not be in stock when you order online. I’m fine with change but not after I watch you through it together then tell me. How do you know I don’t have a certain type of issue with that food it self. Just make it and expect me to take it?? I’d rather drive in the other direction of where I need to be to get a clean and correct order. Also seeing the counter tops and machines on the Baskin Robins side have food all over it and gunk in the machines at 10am shows they haven’t cleaned things in some time. But that’s my option. Do not come to this location. TERRIBLE SERVICE. I came here to use my coupons and buy some donuts. The front person wasn’t not even trying to help. Not a welcoming place, definitely needs better attention to who they hiring. This person was not willing to scan the QR I wanted to use from my purchase. He was so RUDE AND JUST TELL ME TO PAY INSTEAD OF TRYING TO USE MY CODE. HE said that is NOT his problem, but the company. He didn’t event try to solve my issue and just keep telling me that it can’t be use and that everyone comes and has the same problem. Every time I order curbside pickup I wait and wait in the spot marked curbside pick up, the Indian lady stares at me and laughs. When she is there she just leaves the coffee on the counter until I go in and get it myself. I dont have a problem getting it but if they won't offer curbside they should take that option off the app. At least I don't wait for 20 minutes waiting for an iced coffee that now has no ice left.
