I would give this zero if i wanted to. Terrible customer service. Asked if they buy sneakers and are very rude when I try a LITTLE bit of negotiation. Especially selling for the first time. Tbh, store doesn't look too great and the employees do not carry themselves well at all. Shoes are also overpriced, and DO NOT sell your sneakers here because they will lowball you.
