This location is extremely annoying, in the past two weeks at least five times I’ve purchased items for curbside pick up and no one brought them out, waiting for over 15-20 minutes and then having to go inside the store to remind them about my order. And even then they can’t even give me a straw for my drink after already inconveniencing me. On the app to order curbside there should be a reminder button Or some sort of option to let Dunkin know that your order has not come out, or at this point they need a refund option so I’m not late to work.
