Literally just saw what I believe to be a supervisor just openly yell at a cashier for making a small mistake of 4 dollars. Iām a supervisor at my job and what he did wasnāt acceptable, poor girl is probably living paycheck to paycheck with inflation ruining peopleās lives. Customer service is brutal, especially for people whose first language isnāt English with how ignorant some Americans are, I loved the lady donāt get me wrong, she made a small mistake and was asking for help, and instead of helping her he was belittling her and saying āwhat do you want me to do take money out of my pocket?ā No refund me the card and cash and let me pay again if thatās how your system works, I donāt know exactly, but basically giving me an attitude when he doesnāt know math either, trying to tell me that I owe more than I do trying to tell me I owe 11 dollars when I owe 4, WITH THE CASH THAT I GIVE HER IN HIS HAND. Itās all a big perception is everything experience with customer service and she understood that she made a mistake, I donāt think that he did. He was a tall, black man mustāve been mid 20s. I hope this review does something because that poor lady didnāt deserve that, Iād walk out if that were me...

The fries were stale and the spicy fried chicken was NOT fried to order like they advertise. Anyway, the main issues: one of the meals was missing the cookie it was supposed to come with and another came with the wrong sauces.
We didn't care much about that but another guy had the 5 piece tenders and got 3 instead, so I had to pass him one, and something like that is ridiculous considering the price differential. They also handed us the drinks filled with the soda although we were in store and there was a drink machine a foot away-- not really an issue but just indicative of the lack of thought behind our orders and the counter.
Overall, like I said, the food was mostly fine-- just double check your orders when you get them. They were also out of Nashville tenders when we went, which was why we went in the first place; I guess we should have gone to a different...

They give me my 2 drinks with the soda dripping all over the cup so I ask the woman for a napkin she gives me one napkin to wipe the soda off the first cup as she sees me cleaning the cup you think she would have the decency to clean the second cup before handing it to me nope that one has soda all over it also.
