Hello. I will not be coming back. At first, it sounded good. No wait, I could just walk in with my family. And that did happen. I just walked in and I was seated. The waitress asked us for our drinks, and it was 2 diet cokes, 1 water, 1 coke, 1 sprite, a chocolate milk, and a root bear. That took a little much time. 20 minutes. Especially since these drinks arenât homemade. Second, the food. Keep in mind we already ordered apps. When I ordered, I said âcan I please have a cheese quesadilla only cheeseâ waiter said sure. We were getting a little angry at this point because it took a little around an hour to bring dinner. My father asked for the manager, he looked around 17 or 18 years old. It kind of explained the whole situation. A manager shouldnât be that young. I get it, the kitchen messed up, but get a new staff. It finally came. My food was messed up. I said only cheese. It had tomatoes in it. At the time, the manager was walking around. We told him about my food and they changed it. I waited 45 minutes and they expected me to still be hungry. When it came, I wasnât hungry. 10 minutes later, we asked for the check. It gets worse. The waiter said sure. 10 minutes later, we got another tables check. We told the manager and he noticed the un-eaten quesadilla. It was in a box. He continues to tell us how we canât take it because it was a waste of time in the kitchen. Order was 6 boneless Blazinâ wings, 15 boneless garlic parm, 15 bone-in garlic parm, 15 bone-in mild and a couple varieties of their fried cauliflower. My mother goes to pick up the order at around 6:20, and itâs not ready yet. Not a big deal. She ends up waiting around 15 extra minutes before receiving the order. So 30+ minutes later, the order was received. We get home, and the order we received was not ours. It wasnât even the right order number on the bag even though it had our receipt. My mother returns to the store to let them know, and whatever hostess was there said, âWell she handed it to you, not me.â No apology for messing up the order. She ends up finding our correct order and then gives it to my mother. However, upon returning home, it was STILL the wrong order. Specifically ordered BONELESS Blazinâ wings, and the label even said it on the box, but they ended up bone-in. All the wings themselves were ICE COLD too, obviously as it was now over an hour from when our order was scheduled to be completed. Just a complete lack of service and not even an apology for anything, which I find to be the biggest issue.    Read moreThe worst customer service ever! I placed my order at 10:38 pm. I was told it was going to take 15 minutes for my order to be ready. I arrived at this location at about 10:50 pm thinking I would only have to wait a few minutes to get my order, right? Wrong. I had to stand there and wait a whole 45-50 minutes for it to be finally ready. I was watching people who came in after me leave before me with larger orders than mine (mind you, I had only ordered 20 wings). They handed me my wings not even 20 minutes before they closed (midnight). After the 6th guest who came in after me got their order before me, I asked for a refund to take my business elsewhere. Instead, they just gave me a lousy apology, offered me a free drink or gift card and made me wait some more (at this point I didn't even want food anymore and just wanted to get out of there). I started asking the other guest when they had placed their order just to see if I was just overreacting⌠I wasnât. I just wanted to pick up my dinner to eat on my break, I ended up waiting my whole break to even get my food. So much for that. This is just unacceptable. If they had just told me it would take 40 minutes to an hour for my food to be ready I wouldâve come at that time instead to avoid this whole embarrassment. If I could give 0...
