If I could I would give them negative stars. I was discriminated- humiliated for I am not sure what. It is very upsetting. I called before I came and the person on the phone tells me they are not taking phone orders. And that was alright with me.when I arrived there were almost 8-10 people waiting for their Order and when I placed the order for 3 milk teas and one Oreo, all with bubbles. The guy taking the orders tells me that they are out of bubbles and I have to wait 15 minutes. I did not place the order as I didn’t want to wait but my daughter had been asking for bubble tea for a few days and so I went back 5 minutes later Regardless of the wait. When I arrived the second time there were 7 people ahead of me placing orders and they all asked for bubbles. So I was kind of relieved that they had bubbles. When my turn came the guy goes we have no more bubbles and I have to wait 30 minutes. When I told them that they served a lot of people ahead of me they told me they found some bubbles and ran out to make me any drink for me. Then a woman came up to the window and explains that they found bubbles to make drinks for other but ran out in time for me. I would like to hear from the owner. Is there a hidden agenda behind not serving me? This is sad...

There's no seating area, and I recommend you try ordering in advance because I had to wait 18 minutes to order. They might be understaffed because I could've sworn it was one person doing everything i.e, taking orders, preparing, restocking supplies, etc. I had to approach directly into the window so the server was aware I haven't ordered yet. She apologized for the wait and handled the order professionally. There's just a fence you stand on and wait your turn, the server communicates through a microphone. In terms of taste, I've had better bubble tea in the Wang Center. Not worth the price or the distance traveled (I drove 25 min to this place) in my opinion, but that's just me. Sometimes I feel like it's a lab back there because of how poorly lit the facility is. All I saw was cartons of liquids, place looked congested. The packaging of the bubble tea is pretty cute and neat which is nice. Plenty of bubbles in your drink...
