I ate at Mo,s 5/29/25 for lunch with 3 other friends. As soon as we walked in, the aroma of sweet savory Caribbean spices greeted us at the door. soft reggae music in the background helped set the mood for what turned out to be a fun, friendly, relaxing time. The owner (Mo) pointed out and explained the days offerings that were laid out in warming trays. Everything looked fresh and tasty and had that ā slow cooked home made feel. We were there around 1:15 and one or two of the items had already sold out ( the oxtail ) which usually means the dishes are made fresh daily. Another good sign. We each ordered an assortment platter and everything was wonderful. I thought the jerk chicken could have been a little bit more spicy but I guess they have to make it more accessible to the average dinner. There was hot sauce on each table so no worries. The food was fresh, authentic, and the service was warm and welcoming. . The place has a relaxing homey vibe. The prices are fair. I think they have a nice set up for take out orders too. They donāt have a liquor license yet and I would have liked to wash down my corn bread with some Red Stripe beer but maybe that will change. All in allā¦....

I ordered the Oxtail and it was delicious and melting off the bone, rice and peas was good and the plantain š šš¾ its been a long while since I had the plantain taste so sweet and nice man this place is a winner winner Oxtail dinner. We also had the Jerk chicken with cabbage and that was good as well but I loveee Oxtail!!! You pick your main course and sides. We must say that the food was outstanding! Fresh and delicious! Mo's is located in the space that used to be Subway. Plenty of parking. They have inside seating and the place is very nicely decorated. So glad that we now have a local quality caribbean resturant!
