Sal Anthony's II — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

Wanted to give a hugh Thank you to Anthony and his staff... They did a phenomenal job with our catering this past Saturday 8/12/23. From delivering on time with friendly service, to amazing presentation and Absolutely mind blowing flavorful dishes. Garlic knots were so tasty, and best of all the garlic was robust but not overpowering. The fresh dinner rolls- were so soft, just yeasty goodness. Sausage and peppers were my husband's favorite. The eggplant rollatini was a crowd-pleaser along with the chicken cutlet Parmigiana. That marinara sauce was perfect packed with flavor (as if my nonna made it). Baked clams were so fresh and fulfilling. They have a full clam in each half shell for starters but the stuffing and sauce was so original and flavorful I can't wait to get another batch. The chicken Francese dinner was a beautiful thing as well. I highly suggest Sal Anthony's if you are looking for some authentic Italian/Sicilian food. My husband tried this place a few months ago to switch things up as we didn’t love the local spots we had been going to and now my kids won’t eat pizza from anywhere else!!! Every time we go there we are greeted by the friendliest staff that go above and beyond to show you the meaning of great service. I mean he even gave my kids free ice cream after their pizza, what a guy! Place is always kept extremely clean and they offer a nice selection. We won’t be getting pizza from anywhere else again!...
