Starbucks — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

I have always pleasant experiences at every Starbucks I went to. After moving to this area I was excited to discover there was one only about 5 minutes from my house. However, that quickly changed after visiting a few times. My sibling and I love getting green tea fraps with a few extra additions. We add a few pumps of peppermint, scoops of vanilla bean powder, and scoops of matcha powder depending on what size drink we order. This has never been an issue at any other Starbucks and I always do tip when I order this so I don't think anything of it. To my unpleasant surprise, the staff at this location was made me uncomfortable and was extremely rude each time I ordered this. All of them would circle the register rolling their eyes and sighing as the cashier entered it in. As the barista would make it we could hear them all talking about how "complicated" it was to make and then they even called out "complicated order" once the drink was complete. I understand it is a few more steps than the normal green tea frap but I have always been extremely nice while ordering it even apologizing in the process (which I shouldn't have to considering I am paying to order a drink the way I like). I went to Starbucks with my medically certified dog. After placing my order and paying for it, I settled in, and unpacked my things (as I had planned to study and enjoy my coffee), only to be told that I had to leave because I had my dog with me. No one asked about the status of my dog, and despite the situation, I didn’t want to create a scene as several people were behind the counter. I love this Starbucks ever person who works there is very polite and very helpful. They go out of their way to make sure the customer is satisfied. I order from there every day thru Uber eats. Since Uber eats has a few glitches and I can’t pick want I want in my coffee. One time I called the store to go over the order ams explain how I wanted my coffee they were so polite about making my drink perfectly the way I want to.
