Starbucks — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

If I could give me experience today a 0 I would. We came in on 10/15 at 115 the staff had a paper sign on the door that said sorry we’re closed written in sharpie but we saw people inside so thought we should ask and they could barely be bothered to answer they said no we’re open we were like oh okay there’s a sign that says your closed and they completely ignored us. The girl with the brown hair who rung us up was fine and helpful the other two I watched talk negatively about us and other customers that came and went. Saying if there’s a sign that says closed why would you come in and laughing when they were very much open…they used a dirty shaker cup to make my drink it had old dragon fruit pieces all in the bottom of my drink so we had to go back. All in all horrible experience and this is our local Starbucks that we frequent I’ve never had such a terrible experience with the staff everyone is normally very pleasant. Starbucks that I go to normally is in Selden this Centereach Starbucks is 10 to 15 minutes up the road I've been taking the extra 20 minutes to half hour round trip just to get a perfect latte they are very friendly here and they have not messed up the drink not once this might be my new home base for Starbucks the Selden Starbucks I don't think I can go to any more too many problems quick example they spilled hot coffee on me because they didn't put the lid on as they handed it through the drive-thru window they knew it spilt on me I yelled when it's spelled and burned me they still shut the window and walked away I had to drive the car up park it get out go inside hand them what was left of the coffee get napkins to clean my car and the top it off they still charged me for the coffee....yeaa for SELDEN...

My visit to the centereach Starbucks was the best customer service I have ever received. They were kind and courteous and made me never want to go to another Starbucks. Thanks to the Manager Brandon and Marvin was amazing what an accent to your Starbucks team. The other workers were Jessica which it was her first day on the job. She smiled and ask if I needed anything. Then Nick which was also amazing making sure my visit was 5 star status. I have to say they all worked great together. Showing me unbelievable customer Service and preparing my macchiato was also amazing as usual. Starbucks of centereach is hands down the best I have ever been too with overall 5 star service.
