Bad customer service from the manager who was on duty on July 15, 2022 at 10:08 p.m. I want to comment my problem.
We were coming from a long trip with my family and my little sisters aged 3 and 5 decided to go for their happy meal at Wendys in Shirley Long Island New York at 555 William Floyd parkway Shirley ny 11967. Then it was my turn to place the order at the drive-thru and the person who attended me spoke English and asked for someone in Spanish and someone reluctantly and aggressively attended me, when I told him that I wanted 3 orders of happy meal He told me if I wanted chicken nuggets or cheeseburger I told him Cheeseburger and then he repeated the order saying ok you have fries and chicken nuggets and I said no I don't want chicken nuggets I want cheese burger and then you tell me ok you have 4 orders of happy meal with potato and chicken nuggets what size do you want the fries so I didn't understand why she didn't take my order and kept repeating that there were 3 cheeseburger happy meals and not chicken nuggets so I decided to go where you pay and they give you the order I went ahead with my car and I arrived and the manager was there and he was checking the orders and he told me what my order was. He didn't greet me or anything, he just asked me about my order and I told him 3 happy meal in English and he told me that he didn't have my order and he looked at the screen And then the girl arrived who took my order in Spanish and told me that they did not take my order because I went to the window where they make the delivery and I told her that I would go ahead because I did not understand the order and I also asked her what take the happy meal apart from the cheeseburger and the fries and she answered me by yelling that because I had gone ahead they couldn't take my order and that they can't do it and I told her DON'T YELL AT ME please and she kept yelling THE maganer was There I said sorry (she's talking loud to me *English) he yelled at me that I needed to move and I told him you are the manager because he was there all the time he only speaks English....
The Manager YELLED at me very LOUD (OUT OF HERE OUT) and I answered him, are you sure he kept yelling at me after that another very nice person came to ask about my order and she told him to calm down and grabbed his hands because the manager he had a very aggressive face because he wanted me to run away from there he couldn't stop yelling things in English when the third person came out he asked me for my order and I told him that the manager couldn't be talking to me that way and that he could call the police. to give me his name so she didn't give her name and she asked me what my order was to understand what was happening and I explained that there were 3 happy meals and that she wanted to know what it included, then she asked me if I wanted a drink I told her yes and then I told her what flavor of drink I wanted and she told me it was fine she pushed the manager by the hand because he was very aggressive and she went to place my order then the manager told her not to give me the order The manager wanted me to get out of there immediately and then the girl who took my order arrived again at the drive-thru and she came very aggressively to tell me that the manager said I had to go take the order again and behind me there was a big line waiting and she wanted me to go take the order again and my little sisters 3 and 5 years old hungry waiting for their happy meal it's not fair that they will attack me like that. And the manager told the other girl not to give me the order when I left the MANAGER PICKED MY FINGER OUT. This is really a Discrimination, verbal aggression I felt very intimidated THIS IS THE TREATMENT THAT WENDY GIVES TO HER CUSTOMERS....
Read moreOrdered the Krabby Patty meal from this Wendy’s. The person at the window initially gave me the incorrect receipt. I went back to get the correct receipt and they gave me a hard time in the beginning but thankfully one of the managers was nice enough to give the correct one to me. Also, I received a small vanilla-pineapple frosty instead of a medium which is part of the order and a burger that did not have all of the ingredients (forgot tomato) included as stated on the menu. Again, thankfully the manager Lisa was nice enough to have one of her employees redo the order and gave me a whole new burger with everything on it. For the most part, I was EXTREMELY disappointed with the quality of service here at this Wendy’s. I live in Medford and the Wendy’s in my town would never provide service this poor. The employees especially Nigeria in particular need to do a better job when giving out receipts and with preparing people’s orders correctly. Also, no employee should roll their eyes at a customer when they are politely asking you to redo their order for them. Unfortunately after being incredibly disappointed with the quality of services at this Wendy’s location, I will NOT be returning and will continue going to the Medford location in my home town instead. If you don’t want your order screwed up, I would suggest choosing a different Wendy’s location...
Read moreI came with my friend to get food in the drive thru and this girl started off the order completely sounding like she hated life. My friend and I always do two separate orders and there is never an issue, tonight she told us that they do not do separate orders until a manager, Timothy, chimed in and said they could do it for us. We asked for her name at the window, she refused to give it. So we had asked for receipts for both of our orders, she managed to take her name off of one receipt but the other one had her name which we believe is Victoria as that what it says the “hosts” name is. Every single time we come to this location she is nothing but rude. I took this picture to make sure it gets back to her management that she is completely rude and unpleasant and should NOT be working where you have to deal with people face to face. When she noticed I was taking her picture she also proceeded to give us the finger. We weren’t rude to her the entire time, treated her with nothing but kindness even when asking for our receipts so we can get her name. We will be calling in the morning to speak to a manager because this behavior is just unacceptable and needs to be addressed immediately as stated earlier, this is not the first time I have gone to this location and have had an issue...
