The customer service was okay, as they were teenagers and still learning. However I think that that the prices are too high for the portion size they give you its an extra $5 for the bubble waffle, that was a little surprising. The bubble waffle has a nutmeg flavor to it and it over powers the flavor of the ice cream. I tried a sample of the Red Velvet which was good, but then with the bubble cone all I could taste was the nutmeg flavor. The menu was posted on TV screens, however it was off when we got there. Once we sat down they turned on and we saw a whole list of options for toppings, however they only had about five available. Plus whip cream is an extra $.50.

Personally I don't think it was worth the $20.00 we spent for two bubble cones and a little bit of ice cream. Its not a place that we will come back to...

Their Lotus Energy drinks are AMAZING and SO refreshing ! You can also have them made without caffeine as well. They have 5 specialty flavors and will rotate them each month. You can also customize with your favorite flavors. I love the fact that they offer sugar free options.

The Ice Cream is absolutely delicious. So many flavor options and the quality is top notch. I have seen some of the comments saying that the pricing is high and the scoops are small but this ice cream is rich and flavorful so you don’t need oversized scoops and I personally feel the quality matches the pricing.

The place is very cute, however they only had one worker when we came in and we ended up waiting over 45 minutes for our one dish! I understand being busy, but the time management clearly needs to be worked on. I watched them put 4 orders before ours when we ordered prior to them! When I spoke up and asked why, she claimed "I forgot". Not to mention the price was quite high as well for what it is, but they do offer slightly bigger portions than other places. Im honestly pretty upset in my first experience here, I wouldn't recommend if you want to be in and out in a good...
