The staff seem pretty nice. I am disappointed that this business only offers student discounts up to 24 years old. Many adults struggle financially when trying to juggle school, family, and work especially in today’s economy. I am also very disappointed that the bottle of lotion that I bought was twice the amount of what Amazon is selling it for. I was told that included my monthly membership but I think the cashier thought I meant a membership discount. I paid $60 including tax when it’s sold on amazon for $27, that is absolutely ridiculous. This was my first spray tan. The staff person was not wearing a mask. I work in health care, so this might be more of an issue to me than most people. The staff person was also not very helpful in orienting us to the spray tan process. The whole experience just felt unprofessional. I read the wall poster before I got in and guessed on what I was supposed to do when. It was impossible to hear the machine’s instructions over the noise it made. Came in at 7pm tonight (5-20-19) and the girl behind the counter had the best customer service I have ever had with tanning places. I normally go somewhere else, but this girl was so kind and greeted me when I walked in. I came in to do a spray tan and had a friend with me. She was informative to all of his questions and we were really pleased with how friendly she was! Unfortunately, I forgot her name, but she is so nice!
