Pop Pop's Owahgena Pizzeria — Restaurant in Town of Cazenovia

Owahgena has been my first choice in Caz for years. However my last two purchases have been less than stellar. Quality has gone by the wayside at Owahgena. First time was told pizza will be ready in 30 minutes...it wasn't an hour later and it's quality wasn't up to par, but I was hungry so endured. Last night I specifically asked the pie be a bit thicker than usual. What I got was the usual too thin crust that was like chewing leather...not an exaggeration...it was so hard I could barely bit into it. Sorry Owahgena, I won't...

I walked in and this short Italian dude was the rudest person I met. Literally asked him a question about the prices and he very rudely said look at the menu. Still tried having a conversation and he still had an awful attitude. Then I got 2 slices and the pizza I got looked soo old and was black from the bottom hard as a rock. At that point I just left. Never going back ever again. I’ve never had worse service...

First time trying this place since new ownership. We went for the basic cheese pizza and medium wings extra crispy. “Basic” cheese was ANYTHING but!! The sauce was incredible!!
