Once again, here to pick up another doordash order. I was standing near the end of the bar for over 25 minutes without a single employee acknowledgement that I exist. Tables walk up to get started, and the black haired waitress constantly grabs them without acknowledgement towards a doordash driver. It really irritates me that women that work in customer service can't even get the greeting part correctly. After being on the phone with doordash for 18 minutes, a blonde , chubby girl comes out with incredible attitude, pretty much throwing the order at me. I was in the restaurant an hour prior and the two that weren't working doordash orders acknowledged me. I have no clue what changed. Then when I spoke to the manager, he said, "well your order was only 10 minutes late." This was a contributing factor as to why people stopped going to the one in union. Poor customer service. If I was the owner, there would be several conversations had with the employees, but I doubt there will be with the attitude I received all around. I will be reporting this to the depew chamber of commerce. Maybe they have a say with what can be done about this place. I also didn't see the bartender I.d a single person.

Another doordash order pickup. There are 4 tables seated and the orders still took over a half hour to make one order with a half mac and cheese. This place needs to be shut down
I got food from here, within 10 minutes of my first bite got sick.
Secondly, as a doordash driver. Go inside to wait for food and get kicked out of a bar stool after being told my order would be another 25 minutes. Bartenders are incredibly rude. This is why the one in West Seneca closed down. I don't understand who is running this company, but this is the worst customer service for any restaurant I've experienced. The pathetic thing is that this food would probably be delicious. However if staff can't learn to treat customers or dashers with respect, I will keep adding updates every order I pick up from here for other people. I will also advise those people to not order from here. There was zero attempt at reconciliation from west seneca. Maybe this one will hopefully reach the same fate. Management probably won't even reach...
Read moreWent there a couple weeks ago with my husband had the Mac and Cheese and I thought it was awesome. So, this past Saturday, 9/24/16, I brought my daughter and some friends there. Total of 5. Two of our party became very ill immediately after eating. My daughter and my friend were both gagging as we approached my car leaving the establishment. My daughter didn't make it home and vomited all over herself and the car. My friend had it coming out both ways, but she made it home first. I understand the concept of food poisoning and that it takes a while to go through your system, but this is awfully suspect that two people, who were the only ones who shared a common food item by the way, became almost violently ill immediately after eating. I left a FB review and asked to be contacted. I wasnt. I called and spoke to a manager yesterday. While he did seem to be understanding and sympathetic, he said he had no authority to refund money for the meal or reimburse me for my daughters clothing (this was my only request). He also said that both owners are very busy businessmen and probably wouldn't be able to get back to me, but took my number anyway. And, no, they have not gotten back to me. I am concerned that something in the kitchen could have accidentally been spilled or the food somehow became unintentionally tainted with some foreign substance to have the immediate reaction on both my daughter and my friend. To be on the safe side, I'm going to make a report to the Health Dept. because I would feel terrible if some protocol was not being followed in the kitchen and someone with a compromised immune system is the next unlucky person. I preserved both the clothing and the left over food in case it is needed by anyone for testing. Could have been handled...
Read moreHorrible experience! I am a pretty regular customer, I placed the order I always place to go... My order is for tortilla chips and a side of ground beef. This order has about a cup of ground beef... And tortilla chips.. Now this is not on the menu, but for the last year they have charged this a a "extra" and it normally would cost about 6$ plus tax... Reasonable.. Today I place the my order for two . Typically this would cost me 15$ at most... I got charged a little over 22$!! Thats insane! I call back after I get the food home and realize the charge.. They tell me they can no longer ring up "extras" So they have to charge me for 2 orders of nachos supreme.... Which is like $9 each! I tell them this is insane and they need to credit back the difference... As this was never the charge before and they did not tell me the price change when I placed the order over the phone.. I speak to the manager and she tells me she can not , as the owner would not allow it... I asked to speak with the owner and she tells me sorry he's not local... I said I still want to speak with him.. She then takes my number.. I'm just saying if you are a good business you credit that person back at least the first time after this price change, or tell them when they place the order.. Horrible customer service... And shame on you "owner" I guess lesson learned buyer beware not all businesses will treat the customers like...
