I have been disappointed in Tim Hortons lately. Several different incidents occurred that made me unhappy. Here are a few. I received my coffee one morning and took a sip. I immediately tasted perfume. They must have snapped the lid on with perfume on their hands. Then they gave me a hard time because I wanted to exchange it. Another incident happened where I was in the drive-thru. I ordered a large iced cappuccino. I seen them hand the driver in front of me a cappuccino and the driver of the car handed it back because it must have not been his order. They even tried to give me the same iced cappuccino that the guy in front of me just handled. That should not have happened with the covid-19 situation. They gave me a hard time because I wanted a fresh one. One more thing just happened today. I ordered two BLT sandwiches and an iced cappuccino. I pulled up to the window and they said they would have to give me the BLT on a bagel because they were out of artesian bread. I did not want a bagel so they offered me a refund. They already handed me my iced cappuccino and they wanted it back because they had to refund the whole order. I told them instead of asking for the iced cappuccino back they should have just let me keep it for the trouble of not having the bread for my two BLT sandwiches. I said it nicely. First the manager speaks over the drive thru like he hates his job as you can hear it in his voice tones, unless he knows the person ordering and then you can hear him car lengths behind being nice! They get the monetary total of your order up on the screen or tell you before you pull forward only to find out at the window you owe more money. Today I ordered a bagel not sliced or toasted with cream cheese o.
