I sat at the bar with my wife and ordered chicken tenders, and a side salad at 605pm. I had 2 beers and my wife had a soda. At 705pm, still no food, so I informed the barmaid that we had to leave and could not wait any longer. She was dumfounded to learn we did not get our food. I paid the $14 bill for drinks and headed for the door. I saw the manager on the way out and boy was he something! Arrogant is not even the word. I told him what happened and he began grilling me and asked me what he could do if I want something. At that moment all I wanted was an apology but he wanted none of that. He treated me like I wanted something for nothing and went on to say he wanted my receipt. Now I'm really angry because he just glared at me with a look of, for a lack of another word, a jerk! He told me to wait at the door and he would be right back, so I did. 5mins later, he shows up with plates with the chicken tenders and the side salad, AT THE EXIT! WOW!! Rather than cause a big scene when he quiped "Well do you want the food", I just said "give it to someone that needs it" and calmly walked out. I will never go back with that useless manager on...
Read moreWell in 9 months nothing has changed, I completely agree with MJCULE. I have been to other tullies resturaunts an was quite happy with the service and quality of food. My expierence with the one on French RD was as follows. This place is a disaster when it comes service. I ordered The Tully sandwich it literally had one slice of ham and one slice of turkey. Lots of lettuce. It was like trying to eat a salad between to dry pieces of bread. I had to go and find my waitress after it took 30 minutes for 3 sandwichs and fries to get to our table to get a refill on my soda. Normally a waitress is asking you how your meal was before you even try it, not the case here. I was done with my meal before my refill arrived. My daughter's grilled cheese sandwich, the cheese wasn't even melted. Not that she complained, but Its grilled cheese. How do you mess up grilled cheese? I'm not expecting the iron chef to be in the kitchen. My wife was the only one satisfied with her meal. Cutting a long story short 1 hour 30 minutes out the door for 3 sandwiches 40 bucks later. I ended up hitting the wendies drivethrough for a burger on...
Read moreDidn't get popcorn when we got at the table. The food was decent but I felt very very very rushed to get out of my booth. I literally just got my food and the server kept coming over to see if we were done eating (this was only 2 minutes after I got my food). We wound up having to box up our food because of how rushed we felt. We also had a coupon that was valid and they didn't add it to our check so I had to pay full price even though I had a coupon. I'd go to a different Tully's if you're going to dine in so you're not rushed to leave the minute you get there. It wasn't even busy at the time we went so there's no reason to have rushed us out so fast. We can't control how fast the food comes to the table. If they really want customers to leave that fast maybe the cook should move faster. The Tully's in Amherst area is much more relaxed I feel. It might be worth the trip out there to have a good...
