I went through the drive-through and ordered a cheeseburger happy meal for my granddaughter, and a Wendyâs Junior burger for myself. While looking at the screen for the price, I see that she charged me almost 6 dollars for a burger and I said I want the single burger I donât want that one. She asked me over The intercom to verify. Then the screen went off and she said drive forward when I got to the window. She asked me for $13 and change and I said I wanted the junior burger she looks confused. It looks like she brought her manager to the window I told him that thatâs not what I ordered, she insisted it was. He then said thereâs nothing he can do about it, so I was pretty much forced to take the burger. As I turned onto the main road and headed towards Union, I took my burger out of the bag and felt through the packaging that it wasnât even warm. I unwrapped it, and it was ice cold I turned around, which took a few minutes because I was at a red light, Got back to the restaurant Went through the drive-through explained that my burger was cold.    Read more11am, July 23 I ordered on one of the kiosks because they wouldnât let us order through a person. I then paid with my debit card. No receipt was printed and they did not receive my order. I politely brought up that my food hadnât came in. They then told me to bring up my bank account that showed that I had paid. I was pulling up my account, it was taking a while because my service was bad. Then one of the employees said something holding a bag which I couldnât understand. I asked what did he say and then he said never mind. The manager at the time said they were giving me the chili and I would have to pay for the other things. They then called me a liar and I was trying to get free food. My account finally came up with it saying I paid $15. They then made my fries and I asked for my freshly made lemonade. So i go inside get my order put in it was alright except the atmosphere inside was not up to par but givin the location of this wendys i did not expect much no fork or spoons available the freestyle coca cola machine for some odd reason only had all diet soda. I felt as if customers were not wanted in the dining area or inside at all and just want to deal with drive thru only. I have been to this Wendy's since working at united auto supply back in 2021. Even with the updates (or downgrade) it still seems like they need more improvements everywhere else.
