I continue to be disappointment voice my displeasure of the lack of continuity of the chili in other words it's too thin and they continue to rip you off so it tastes good but it's too thin watery I don't want chili soup. On the other hand years ago Burger King me the chili that was absolutely surprised they stopped it. As far as customer service and Wendys absolutely superb excellent people are friendly attentive and give you quick and prompt service. Oh and how can I forget the delicious sounding Smokey mushroom bacon cheeseburger was Despicable. In my opinion the best time to catch Wendy's food what is quality is when they first open otherwise it goes downhill from a certain time I was there after 9 last night or 8 Maybe they know who I am I will continue to be a customer I hope the improve the quality that burger I had was crusty around edges oh I ate it all but it is practically tasteless and the cost was not justified in my opinion. Read moreOur family placed a mobile order around 2 pm this past Saturday and I felt like the customer service could have been handled better. We were never properly greeted when we were asked for our order, the employee simply said "What can I get you?" when we pulled up to the speaker. They never stated that we were at Wendy's or had any suggested menu items that I typically expect to hear in a more pleasant tone and greeting.
When we arrived at the pick up window for our order we were given a total to pay and we had to reiterate that we were picking up a pre-paid mobile order. After waiting for our order we were told to pull forward but we were not given a reason why or told that anyone would be coming out with our order shortly as it was still being prepared. When we had pulled forward from the window we noticed the employee hand two bags of food to the car behind us and then they took them back. Shortly after our food was brought to us in what we can only assume were those two bags that they almost gave to the wrong customer. Read moreWell, let me begin by stating that we felt as if we were being shoved out the door 35 minutes before closing time. It's New Year's Eve. We just finish seeing a hockey game and decide that we would like a bite to eat. We could have chosen many other dining establishments in our path. We chose Wendy's because we had not visited one in quite some time be cause we do not have them in our area. The counter employees look at us as if we were doing something forbidden by entering the store. There were two other couples in the dining area, and I asked if they were still serving . Both employees at the counter were obviously upset that we were there. One of the girls told us that they closed at 10:00, which gave us 35 minutes to order and eat. We ordered 2 chicken sandwiches, 2 fries and 2 beverages. The one girl said multiple times that these sandwiches would take 7 minutes to cook. This was fine with us.
