McDonald's — Restaurant in Town of Chester

Awful!!! Awful!! This McDonald's is the worst when it comes to getting orders right, waiting time and food not cooked properly. I am always using the drive thru and the person taking orders seems pleasant. Some of the workers giving out the actual orders just doesn't know a lot. They never add napkins they basically throw your bag or drink at you, not knowing of you have the cup in your hand firmly. I am tired of waiting for my food after I am told to park in the waiting space. I wish a secret shopper visit this place and see what I am talking of. How can they do construction around food that is being served to customers. Why don't they just shut down and to renovations if need be. They rather make the customers miserable with bad services instead. Fries!!! OMG! They are half raw not crispy just limp. Burgers are cold. What the heck is going on with this McDonald's.. They used to be the best like 3 years ago. I try avoid going there at all. My kids are hungry and asks me to get the food. I rather drive to another town but at the moment my kids faces lite up when they see the Arc. I just truly think they need those secret shoppers in there by the dozens. They need a wake up call for proper services and attitude check. May be the health inspection team needs to revisit this place. How are they getting away with serving half cooked food. The time I visit was after 3:30 when the kids get home from school. Maybe it is just that shift of workers. Morning workers are usually pleasant. Please correct the problems there or just shut the place down temporary if it is effecting the workers performances. I would love for them to get...

Love this McDonald's in Chester. They are fast, clean and the food is hot. This is my favorite McDonald's just miss the play place that's gone now. One of the largest indoor dining places with bathrooms that's clean. Has handicapped parking, a drive through, parking&push button doors that work for handicapped. THE ICE CREAM MACHINE USUALLY IS ALWAYS WORKING HERE! I have never been not able to get something I wanted that was on the menu unlike other locations! They have handicapped accessible bathrooms also. They actually let non customers use them! Good for business! Wifi available. Last I checked they still had booster seats n highchairs which most locations got rid of. They still might have a few play items where the big play place was. They have a great selection of toys always so if U can't find that certain toy U want go there! Staff is nice and helpful! It's always been very clean there too. Happy they still have self serve drink machines! Best McDonald's I'd say in orange county! Yes it's fast food but I always get my sauces I want and am not nickeled n dimed if I want 1 or 2 more! They want their customers coming back and have good indoor service! They care not just about door delivery orders n the drive through! Yes the location is a bit hard to get into to park/order take out but it's right off the highway! This is my favorite McDonald's! Just please bring back the play place. Love the location. The renovations are great, the kiosk order service is a great addition. I love that you can order, and have your food brought to your table. They gave me the disk, however, no one told me I could be seated, and the food would be brought to my table. Kind of defeated the purpose. Apparently by the time the wait person went all over looking for me, my fries were cold. Now, I had to go back to the cashier, ( food tray in tow as I would dare not leave it unattended) wait my turn to explain my problem. The cashier) was apologetic, and politely, offered a replacement. She even left her register, only one cashiering at at 12 pm) and brought them to my table in the rear of the restaurant. She was still smiling. They really should cover your food before they travel all over the restaurant with it. My fries were exposed. At least they were hot. My main complaint is the entire restaurant smell was nauseating. Perhaps they mopped it with an unclean mop. Also, there was a very large intimidating male asking for money to eat. I am absolutely positive the staff heard him, yet did not address this problem. This was very annoying. However, I did give him $2. I would hate to see someone hungry if I can help. Last but not least, no paper towels in the rest room.
