Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Town of Cicero

The staff were friendly, all 15 of them standing behind the counter. The fountain soda was flat on the 2nd day they were open. Lots of employees standing around, learning and watching, while customers waited. We saw someone we thought was the manager come out from behind the counter with gloves on, grab a soda from the cooler, give it to someone behind the counter without changing gloves, and then he went back to prepping food.

One worker had a cup for a fountain soda but decided she wanted a bottle soda instead and put the cup back for the customers, not very sanitary. This place needs to get some more training on sanitary practices and helping customers. The food was good like other...

Definitely disappointed with this location. The one in Oneida is way better and super clean work area and meat cutting station. We spent $41 to get home and have our sandwich meat still in plastic while on our sub. I don't know how they did not know the meat was being sliced with the plastic still on it. Thank God I didn't give the to our nephew because he might've not noticed and could've choked. Absolutely not acceptable at all and for that kind of money we could have went to a restaurant and had a hot meal. We will not be returning to the Cicero store. We will continue to go the extra 20 min drive to Oneida...

When I spend $18 plus for a sub and ask for it to be cut into 4 qtrs and wrapped into 2 halves I DO NOT expect the person wrapping the sub to slice the wrapping paper in half with a knife and leave the ends of the sub exposed. Is there a shortage of wrapping paper ? Had I been a nasty person I would have walked out ...but i sucked it up and left. No bag for the sub and oil containers. Thats ok I have 2 arms, 10 fingers. No tip. And the next time maybe I should offer to pay extra for the extra sheet of wrapping paper and a bag! If there is...
