Patsy's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Town of Clarkstown

PLEASE... YOU NEED TO READ YOU WONT REGRET! Patsys Pizza..... PHENOMINAL! This Pizzeria is simply just amazing.. & i say that strongly because it really is like no other! It meets every single peice of criteria i set for each restaurant i visit! 1. The food is all fresh! 2. The food makes your mouth melt with excitement and joy that makes you want to order every single thing on the menu! 3. Its a Very warm and welcoming environment that makes you want to stay there all day! & You cant forget about the employees that work their! They are the kindest beings youll ever meet ! I first walked in and was greeted by an awesome girl named Becky she was such a sweetheart! Then my waiter.... Jennifer, she reminded me of my mother because she got me everything i needed literally and i appreciated the fact that she had patience and was very outgoing! A couple other employees that i interacted with shared the same characteristics! Polina the bartender will whip up the best drink you ever tasted ! I really mean that! & Finally One waitress named Olivia was a pleasure to be around. Overall as you can tell, I had a great experience and i believe you will feel the same exact way !

ORDERED DELIVERY THRU THE SEAMLESS APP AND TOOK 2 HOURS AND NEVER RECEIVED ORDER. 8:05 CALLED RESTAURANT IMMEDIATELY AFTER PLACING ORDER TO CONFIRM SPOKE TO A KATHY SHE SAYS NO PROBLEM, ETA DELIVERY 8:45. 9:05 CALLED AGAIN SPOKE TO BRIANA, SHE SAID YOUR ODER LEFT 15 MINS AGO. 9:30 CALLED SEAMLESS APP THEY SAID WILL CONTACT RESTAURANT,9:35 I CALLED THE RESTAURANT AGAIN SPOKE WITH BRIANA (VERY RUDE ) SHE SAID DELIVERY GIRL HAD 5 DELIVERIES BEFORE ME THATS WHY SHE WAS LATE.9:49 RESTAURANT CALLS ME (BRIANA )TO TELL ME THE ORDER WAS CANCELLED BY THE APP, ASKED T0 SPEAK TO A MANAGER SHE SAID HIS NAME IS OMAR AND HE"S JUST AN ASSISTANT SO SHE WILL SPEAK TO HIM ,ON HOLD 10:05 KATHY ON THE PHONE SHE SAY OK WILL SEND THE PIZZA BUT YOU HAVE PAY CASH BECAUSE IT LOOKS LIKE THE APP CANCELLED THE ORDER. SO THEY WANTED ME TO PAY TWICE NOT KNOWING IF IT WAS REALLY CANCELLED FOR A PIZZA (MACELLAIO COSTING 24.00 PLUS 1.99 DELIVERY FEE) THAT ACCORDING TO THEM LEFT THE STORE AT 8:55 AND WAS SITTING IN THE DELIVERY CAR SINCE 8:55 AS PER BRIANA. REALLY? I SAID NO. NO RESPECT OR CONSIDERATION NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY BY BRIANA FOR A VALUABLE CUSTOMER WHO NORMALLY DINES OR PICKS UP AT RESTAURANT. MAYBE TO YOU PATSYS PIZZA DOES NOT MEAN MUCH BUT FOR ME I GREW UP EATING PATSYS IN THE CITY. It's one of the best waiters. The food, however, yuk! I ordered one of my favorites, sausage with onions and peppers hero. What a disappointment. I asked for extra sausage. What came was an abomination. The sausage was cut into narrow rings, burned, and bitter to the taste. If there was extra sausage I did not see it. The peppers and onions were mush, overcooked. Little or no sauce. I showed it to the waiter. He quickly brought out additional sausage with a nice tomatoe sauce. It made the sandwich. I thanked him greatly. We rewarded him with 30% cash tip. I will never go back to that location.

Update: Patsy’s is a well known name. As such I expected a superior product. To clarify, the sausage served looked like it was precut to put on a pizza. I expected the sausage to be cut lengthwise or in substantial chunks, +- 2 inch pieces. The onions and peppers should have been semi cooked and to have texture. The sauce should have been red, sweet and zesty that you would put on top of quality pasta. The bread was like the one you expect from a corner deli and not a nice crusty, tasty and semolina flour bread. I did not go to a local neighborhood pizzeria but to a well known restaurant. Local pizzerias, actually, serve a much better sandwich for a lower price. I expect much more from a well...
