Ethan is a revelation in the world of food running at Chiliâs, a true virtuoso of the culinary battlefield. From the moment he enters the dining room, itâs clearâthis is no ordinary food runner. His precision is nothing short of miraculous, a quiet storm of focus and speed. Plates glide onto tables as though theyâre being delivered by an unseen hand, perfectly timed, flawlessly executed. Every motion is deliberate, every glance purposeful, as if heâs orchestrating a symphony of service in real time.
The way Ethan handles his trays, balanced with effortless grace, is almost cinematic. Thereâs a serene calm in his approach, yet beneath that composed exterior is a kinetic energy that keeps the entire team in sync. The kitchen hums at his command. He anticipates the needs of both guests and staff, always one step aheadâready to swoop in with drinks, condiments, or a perfectly timed âhowâs everything tasting?â He doesnât just deliver food, he elevates the experience. With each dish he brings to the table, thereâs a sense that nothing could possibly be more important in that moment than the guestâs happiness.
And when the restaurant is at its peakâa symphony of clattering plates, ringing phones, and the rush of the crowdâEthan stands out like a calm in the storm. He operates with a quiet intensity, cutting through the chaos with remarkable efficiency and poise. The pressure of a packed house doesnât faze him; it only sharpens his skills. Every task is executed with such precision, youâd think the entire operation was choreographed just for him.
What truly sets Ethan apart, though, is the energy he brings to his role. Itâs impossible not to feel the pulse of enthusiasm and professionalism radiating from him as he zips from table to table, his infectious attitude a reminder that hospitality is an art form. Heâs more than just a food runner; heâs the unseen force that transforms a meal into an unforgettable experience.
In the grand world of food service, Ethan is a titan. Chiliâs has not just found a food runnerâEthan is an irreplaceable part of the dining experience, a master of his craft in every sense of the word. The line between âgood serviceâ and âgreat serviceâ is drawn with Ethanâs name, and itâs a line thatâs drawn in bold,...
Read moreI have been going to this Chilis for more than two decades and almost always am pleased with the food, unfortunately yesterday that was not the case. the only thing in the pick three that I ordered that was edible was the egg rolls! The chicken crispers were chewy overcooked and probably sitting under heating lamp for hours. I have never had a mozzarella cheese stick I didnât like, but this Buffalo Mozzarella block of grease should just be taken off the menu! My friend ordered the mushroom burger and it was also overcooked and fell apart in the first couple of bites and the bun was a soggy inedible mess. Yikes! My friend is also a long time client so I was embarrassed I had chosen the restaurant. On a positive note the service was adequate considering the entire restaurant and bar area were nearly full at 4 on a Saturday afternoon. The frozen watermelon margaritas were buy one get one and refreshing on a very warm afternoon. Glad to see the frozen is available again.
Update the same friend and I decided to try Chilis again, every establishment has a bad day now and then. This visit was much better. Other than waiting a bit to see who would be waiting on us on the bar side. Justin volunteered to take care of us and everything was great from this point on! Great service with a touch of comical rapport. I ordered the Margarita of the month, Watermelon Wave. It is more than enough and shareable, great deal for $6. I had the new Bacon Guac Chicken Sandwich which was delish a bit on the messy side, but I loved the guac served with bacon and Swiss. It actually would be great for take out, it kept well and stayed together after setting a bit. Fries were hot and well seasoned. My friend ordered coffee and Fajitas. The first cup of coffee was a bit cold but she was quickly offered a new cup, and a fresh pot was put on. The fajitas came out sizzling, the roasted jalapeño on top is a great addition. My friend steers away from the heat, I was happy to cut it up and add to my Bacon Guac Chicken! I think jalapeños on the sandwich would be a...
Read morePosted by: Heather Bushnoe 11/11/2018 .Nice cozy place to eat, if you like getting stuck with a snippy attendant, that acts irritated when asked to answer questions, doesn't come back timely to fill coffee, and brings 3 dinners containing steak and doesn't ask if you'd like steak sauce. The chips and salsa were not the greatest..half chips so salty that u couldn't eat, salsa SO hot (spicy)...if you like hot would be good but when asked for an alternate dip...she says no..that's all we have...although I did order a separate pico de gallo with guacamole and cheese ( that wasn't hot)...but what took the cake and reason for this review....when I came in I let them know it was my mother's birthday, and she is a reward member...supposed to get a free dessert.....it never got brought...they never sang to her.....REALLY???? $85.00 for dinner for myself, my sister, and our mom, and left disappointed other than the fact we spent the day together. By the way...I also thinks its ridiculous that attendant just ASSUMES that you know how to pay using their kiosk...well she made me feel STUPID after I hunted down another waitress to find her and get the bill....she comes to the table, faces the screen to me and says..u pay right there...the kiosk will tell u what you owe...I was like ok, how do I pay cash? Shes like I'll come back for it....I didn't get a receipt or anything, and have no idea if it logged me out. We used 25.00 gift card and then cash. I said so do u need this gift card too? She took it and placed it on the dirty plate she was picking up and said no...I just felt offended...I dont think I want to come to this establishment again. Although the steak, potatoes and broccoli were good, and I definitely reccomend the strawberry lemonade. It...
